other مشکلات قاعدگی دختران نوجوان کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش‌پذیر و دختران با بهره هوشی نرمال از دیدگاه مادران در شهر سمنان در سال 1388 روانپزشكي Psychiatry پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> <strong>:</strong> </span></span><span style="font-family:Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نوجوانان کم‌توان ذهنی به دلیل بهره هوشی پایین، در حل مشکلات فردی دارای نقص عمده می‌باشند. شروع قاعدگی می‌تواند </span></span><span style="font-family:Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">موجب بروز مشکلات مختلف برای این افراد شود. </span></span><span style="font-family:Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی مشکلات قاعدگی دختران نوجوان کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش‌پذیر و دختران با بهره هوشی نرمال از دیدگاه مادران در سال 1388 بوده است. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در این پژوهش مورد &ndash; شاهدی. تعداد 50 دختر کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش‌پذیر و 50 دختر با بهره هوشی نرمال، از مدارس دخترانه استثنایی و عادی (در مقطع راهنمایی) شهر سمنان با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای به عنوان گروه نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. برای بررسی مشکلات دوره قاعدگی از پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. اطلاعات توسط آزمون‌های آماری مجذور کای و </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">t</span></span><span style="font-family:Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مستقل تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نتایج نشان داد که در دوره قاعدگی 75% از دختران کم‌توان ذهنی و 5% از دختران با بهره هوشی نرمال در رعایت مسائل بهداشتی مشکل داشته‌اند (001/0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">p=</span></span><span style="font-family:Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) و نگرش 5/42% از دختران کم‌توان ذهنی و صفر درصد از دختران عادی نسبت به قاعدگی منفی بود (001/0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">p=</span></span><span style="font-family:Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">). اطلاع‌رسانی توسط مدرسه پیش از شروع اولین قاعدگی در دختران کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش‌پذیر 5/7% و در دختران عادی 5/37% بود (021/0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">p=</span></span><span style="font-family:Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">). </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد دختران کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش‌پذیر در مقایسه با دختران با بهره هوشی نرمال در رعایت نکات بهداشتی با مشکل بیشتری مواجه هستند، آموزش لازم پیش از شروع اولین قاعدگی را دریافت نمی‌کنند</span></span> <span style="font-family:Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">و نگرش آن‌ها نسبت به قاعدگی منفی است. بنابراین، </span></span><span style="font-family:Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">آماده‌سازی و ارائه آموزش کافی به دختران کم‌توان ذهنی ضروری می‌باشد.</span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">واژه‌های کلیدی:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> عقب‌مانده ذهنی آموزش‌پذیر، نوجوانی, بلوغ، مشکلات قاعدگی</span></span></span> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Background and Objectives</strong>: Educable Mental Retardation (EMR) girls with low IQ have many difficulties in solving personal problems. Therefore; menstruation can cause more difficulties (behavioural, hygiening and &hellip;) for them. The aim of the present research is to compare menstruation problems in Educable Mentally Retarded (EMR) girls and girls with normal IQ from perspective of their mothers in semnan, Iran.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>This was an analaytical research. The population that was under consideration consisted of two groups of EMR and normal girls. Fifty cases of EMR and 50 cases of girls with normal IQ were choosen through cluster random sampling method. A questionnaire designed by researcher was used to study menstruation problems. Findings were analyzed with&nbsp; Chi-square and independent t-test statistics.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results of this study indicated that in comparison to girls with normal IQ (%5), EMR girls (%75) had more problems in practicing individual hygien (p=0.001), 42.5 of EMR girls and %0 girls with normal IQ had more negative attitudes towords menstruation (p=0.001). EMR girls (%7.5) in comparison to girls with normal IQ (%37.5) had not received information by school officials before initiation of the first menstruation. These different were statistically significant.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Conculsion</strong>: The result of this study indicated that EMR girls compared with girls with normal IQ have problems in individual hygien and have no sutible education before initiation of the first menstruation and have negative attitudes towords menstruation.
