other اثر لیزر کم‌توان در درمان اپی‌کندیلیت خارجی آرنج ارتوپدي Orthopedy پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اپی‌کندیلیت خارجی آرنج، شایع‌ترین ضایعه انقباضی است که آن را گرفتار می‌کند و در مبدأ عضلات راست‌کننده مچ دست سبب التهاب و درد می‌شود. هدف این مطالعه بررسی اثر لیزر کم‌توان در درمان اپی‌کندیلیت خارجی آرنج بود. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">این مطالعه به صورت کارآزمایی بالینی دو سوکور در درمانگاه فیزیوتراپی فاطمیه (س) رفسنجان انجام شد. پنجاه بیمار مبتلا به اپی‌کندیلیت خارجی آرنج به طور تصادفی به دو گروه مساوی تقسیم گردیدند. روش‌های درمان شامل لیزر و پلاسبو بود. شدت درد موضعی، درد انتشاری،حساسیت به لمس و قدرت مشت کردن در جلسات اول، پنجم و دهم بررسی گردید. ارزیابی شدت درد موضعی و قدرت مشت کردن به ترتیب با استفاده از مقیاس آنالوگ بصری و دینامومتر انجام شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های آنالیز واریانس دو طرفه، توکی و مجذورکای </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">استفاده گردید.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که لیزر در کاهش درد موضعی و افزایش قدرت مشت کردن اپی‌کندیلیت خارجی آرنج مؤثر بوده است (</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">0001/0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">p<</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">). آزمون مجذور کای در جلسه دهم نشان داد که لیزر در کاهش درد انتشاری و حساسیت به لمس اپی‌کندیلیت خارجی آرنج مؤثر بود (0001/0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">p<</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">).</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">از یافته‌های این مطالعه می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که لیزر کم‌توان در طی 10 جلسه می‌تواند در کاهش درد موضعی، درد انتشاری، بهبود حساسیت به لمس و افزایش قدرت مشت کردن اپی‌کندیلیت خارجی آرنج مؤثر باشد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">واژه‌های کلیدی:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> لیزر کم‌توان، اپی‌کندیلیت خارجی آرنج، درمان</span></span> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Background and Objectives</strong>: Lateral epicondylitis of the elbow is the most common contractile lesion of the elbow. It causes inflamation and pain at the origin of the wrist extensors muscles. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of low power laser on the treatment of lateral epicondylitis of elbow.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This double blinded clinical trial study was conducted in Fattemieh physiotherapy clinic of Rafsanjan. Fifty patients who were suffering from lateral epicondylitis of elbow were divided into two equal groups, randomly. One group received laser treatment and the other group was treated by placcbo. Intensity of local pain, radicular pain, sensitivity to palpation and grip strength were assessed in 1st, 5th and 10th sessions. Pain intensity and using grip strength were evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale and dynamometer respectively. Data were analysed using ANOVA, tuoky and chi-squire tests.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>Results showed that laser has been effective in reduction of local pain and in increasing of grip strength of lateral epicondylitis of elbow (p<0.0001).
