other دیدگاه متخصصان دندان‌پزشکی ترمیمی در مورد آموزش تعمیر به جای تعویض ترمیم‌های مستقیم کامپوزیتی رزین معیوب در دانشکده‌های دندان‌پزشکی ایران دندان پزشكي دندان پزشكي پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">آموزش تعمیر به جای تعویض ترمیم‌های کامپوزیت مستقیم معیوب یک نگرانی بالینی است که در بین متخصصان دندان‌پزشکی ایران مطالعه نشده است. هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی دیدگاه متخصصان دندان‌پزشکی ترمیمی در مورد آموزش تعمیر به عنوان یک روش محافظه‌کارانه، به جای تعویض ترمیم‌های کامپوزیت مستقیم معیوب در دانشکده‌‌های دندان‌پزشکی ایران بود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی، پرسش‌نامه‌‌ای حاوی 14 سؤال به 126 متخصص دندانپزشکی ترمیمی شاغل در 18 دانشکده‌ دندان‌پزشکی ارسال گردید. بیشتر سؤالات در مورد انجام تعمیر به جای تعویض، میزان موفقیت تعمیر، آموزش تعمیر و تعویض کامپوزیت رزین معیوب و مدت دوام ترمیم تعمیر شده بود. داده‌ها توسط آمار توصیفی گزارش شدند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> میزان پاسخگویی به سؤالات 3/68% (86 نفر) بود. اکثریت متخصصان (7/90%) تعمیر کامپوزیت رزین معیوب را انجام می‌دادند، فقط 3/9% از آنان تعویض را ترجیح دادند. شصت و یک نفر (9/70%) از شرکت‌کنندگان گزارش کردند که تکنیک‌های تعمیر را به عنوان یک درمان جایگزین برای تعویض ترمیم‌های مستقیم کامپوزیتی معیوب به دانشجویان آموزش می‌دهند؛ 51 (3/59%) و 42 (8/48%) نفر از آنان به ترتیب تکنیک‌های نظری و عملی تعمیر را در مقطع بالینی آموزش می‌دادند؛ دلایل آن به ترتیب حفظ بافت دندانی، کاهش اثرات مضر بر روی پالپ، کاهش زمان و هزینه درمان بود. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> بر اساس یافته‌ها، مبحث تعمیر ترمیم‌های کامپوزیتی مستقیم معیوب به صورت بسیار گسترده‌ای در دانشکده‌های دندان‌پزشکی ایران تدریس می‌شود. اکثر متخصصان دندان‌پزشکی ترمیمی، تعمیر این ترمیم‌ها را به عنوان یک درمان نهایی در نظر داشتند و گزارش کردند که میانگین طول عمر یک ترمیم کامپوزیتی تعمیر شده 5/4 سال است. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">واژه‌های کلیدی: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">کامپوزیت رزین، آموزش، تعمیر، تعویض، دندان‌پزشکی ترمیمی</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></span> <strong>Background and Objectives</strong>: Teaching of repair versus replacement of defective direct composite restorations (DCRs) is a clinical concern that has not been studied among Iranian restorative dentistry specialists. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the aspects of restorative dentistry specialists regarding the teaching of repair as a conservative alternative to the replacement of DCRs in Iranian dental schools.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this descriptive cross-sectional study, a 14-item questionnaire was mailed to 126 restorative dentistry specialists participating at in18 dental schools. Most of the questions were about implementation of the repair versus replacement, success rate of repair, the teaching repair and replacement of defective DCRs and the longevity of repaired restorations. Data was reported by descriptive statistic.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The response rate was 86 (68.3%); the majority (90.7%) of the specialists was implemented repair of defective composite resin, but only 9.3% of them were preferred replacement. Sixty-one (70.9%) of the respondents reported that they taught undergraduate students repair techniques as an alternative to replacing defective DCRs; 51 (59.3%) and 42 (48.8%) of them were teaching the practical and theoretical of repair techniques at the clinical level; the reasons for these approaches in order of frequency were tooth structure preservation, reduction of potentially harmful effects on the pulp , reduction in treatment time and cost.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> Based on the results, the repair of defective DCRs syllabus has been extensively taught in the Iranian dental schools.
