other اثرات درمانی ترکیبات بتا اینترفرون در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس مغز و اعصاب داخلي Neurology پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">علی‌رغم اثربخشی ترکیبات بتا اینترفرون، به علت وجود عوارض این ترکیبات، هنوز در مورد دوره درمانی اتفاق نظر یکسانی وجود ندارد. مطالعه حاضر به منظور بررسی تعداد عود حملات مولتیپل اسکلروزیس در مصرف‌کنندگان ترکیبات بتا اینترفرون، بر حسب مدت زمان مصرف، در شهر رفسنجان در یک دوره دو ساله طراحی شده است. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> این تحقیق به شکل هم‌گروهی روی بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس که حداقل دو سال از تشخیص بیماری در آن‌ها گذشته و حداقل سه ماه تحت درمان با ترکیبات بتا اینترفرون بودند، انجام شد. برای بیماران پرسش‌نامه‌ای که حاوی اطلاعات دموگرافیک، حملات عود و مدت زمان مصرف بتا اینترفرون بود تکمیل گردید.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">‌</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در گروه 3 تا 6 ماه درمان با بتا اینترفرون، 6/63% بدون حمله عود و در گروه 6 ماه تا 1 سال درمان، 1/38% بدون حمله عود و در گروه بیشتر از 12 ماه درمان 7/41% فاقد حمله عود بودند. میزان عود سالیانه، در گروه کمتر از 12 ماه دورۀ درمانی 46/0%، در گروه بیش از 12 ماه درمان 35/0% و در کل 43/0% بود. هیچ ارتباط معنی‌داری بین دوره درمان و تعداد حملات عود وجود نداشت. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نتایج مطالعه حاضر هیچ ارتباطی بین تعداد حملات عود بیماری مولتییپل اسکلروزیس با دوره‌های درمانی با بتا اینترفرون به صورت 3 تا 6 ماه، 6 ماه تا یک سال و بیشتر از یک سال را نشان نداد. جهت ارزیابی اثرات درمانی این ترکیبات دارویی مدت درمان طولانی‌تری توصیه می‌شود.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">واژه‌های کلیدی:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مولتیپل اسکلروزیس، بتا اینترفرون، عود</span></span> <strong>Background and Objectives:</strong> B-Interferons have been reported as effective medicine in the&nbsp; treatment of Multiple Sclerosis (MS), but due&nbsp; to their cost and side effects, the duration of therapy is controversial. The current study aimed to reveal the rate of recurrence according to the duration of medication among the patients receiving B- Interferons in a 2 year period in Rafsanjan city<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Materials and Methods<span dir="RTL">:</span> </strong>In this cohort study, patients who had relapsing-remiting MS for at least 2 years and had been receiving B-Interferon&nbsp; for at least 3 months were followed. The patients were given a questionaire containing their demographic information, recurrence rate and duration of treatment with B- Interferon<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Results<span dir="RTL">:</span></strong> Sixty three point six percent had no exacerbation in the group receiving medication for 3-6 months, while 38.1% in the 6 months-1 year group, and 41.7% in the 1 year group had no exacerbation. There was no significant relationship between the duration of receiving medicaton and the number of recurrence rate. Recurrence rate in the first and second group [<12 months therapy] was 0.46% and in the third group [>12 months therapy] was 0.35%. <span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Conclusion<span dir="RTL">:</span></strong> The results showed no significant relationship between recurrence rate and the duration of B- Interferon therapy.
