other اثرات ضد درماتوفیتی فرمولاسیون‌های پماد، ژل و محلول عصاره متانولی گیاه "مورد" بر روی خوکچه هندی انگل شناسي Parasitology پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">به جهت یافتن داروی مؤثر گیاهی بر ضد عوامل مسبب درماتوفیتوزیس و به سبب این که گزارشات متعددی دال بر اثرات ضد میکروبی و قارچی عصاره گیاه &quot;مورد&quot; موجود می‌باشد، بر آن شدیم تا این گیاه را که اثرات ضد قارچی آن در شرایط برون‌تنی به خوبی شناخته شده است، در شرایط درون‌تنی نیز از نظر اثرات ضد درماتوفیتی بر روی سه گونه </span></span><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">Trichophyton mentagrophytes </span></span></em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">(var. interdigitale), <em>Microsporum canis, Microsporum gypseum</em></span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در خوکچه هندی مورد بررسی قرار دهیم.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد وروش‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در این مطالعه تجربی 93 خوکچه هندی سالم با وزن حدود 450 گرم را انتخاب نموده و در 27 گروه شامل سه گروه اصلی (فرمولاسیون پماد، ژل و محلول) که هر کدام دارای سه گروه فرعی (1%، 2% و 5%) بوده، قرار دادیم (هر آزمایش سه بار تکرار شد). فرمولاسیون‌های ژل، پماد و محلول تهیه شده از عصاره متانولی گیاه مورد را بر پوست عاری از موی حیوان‌ها حساس پس از اثبات آلودگی به قارچ‌های درماتوفیت، مالیده و تا حذف علایم بالینی مورد بررسی قرار دادیم. از پماد 1% کلوتریمازول نیز به عنوان کنترل مثبت استفاده شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">خوکچه‌های هندی آلوده به </span></span><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">M. canis</span></span></em><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> که توسط پماد درمان شدند، هیچ نشانه‌ای از بهبودی دیده نشد. در حالی که در مقابل ژل و محلول حساسیت قابل توجهی داشتند (01/0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">p<</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">). بهترین اثر گیاه &quot;مورد&quot; در درمان </span></span><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">T. mentagrophytes</span></span></em> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مشاهده شد. این درحالی بود که در مقابل </span></span>&nbsp;<em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">M. gypseum</span></span></em><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> اثر درمانی قابل توجهی از خود نشان نداد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">از بررسی نتایج مشخص می‌گردد که اثر فرمولاسیون‌های مختلف گیاه &quot;مورد&quot; بر روی درماتوفیت‌های انسان‌دوست و خاک‌دوست در مقایسه با پماد کلوتریمازول 1% (کنترل مثبت) به مراتب بیشتر بوده، در حالی که نوع حیوان‌دوست در مقابل این پماد بسیار مقاوم می‌باشد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">واژه‌های کلیدی: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">درماتوفیت، ترایکوفیتون منتاگروفیتیس، میکروسپروم جیپسئوم، میکروسپروم کانیس، گیاه مورد، خوکچه هندی</span></span> <strong>Background and Objective:</strong> There are many reports about the antimicrobial and the antifungal effects of Myrtal extract. This comparative and experimental study was carried out to investigate the effects of <em>Myrtus communis</em> extract on 3 species, <em>Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Microsporum canis</em> and <em>Microsporum gypseum</em> versus clotrimazole in guinea pigs.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> in this experimental study, ninthy three guinea pigs (450g body weight) were divided into 27 groups and inoculated with <em>T. mentagrophytes, M. canis </em>and<em> M. gypseum</em>. After the appearance of infections&#39; symptoms, the infected animals in different groups, were treated with the 1%, 2% and 5% of gel, ointment or, the methanolic extract solution of <em>Myrtus communis</em>. One precent Clotrimazole was used for the positive control groups.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> Guinea pigs which were contaminated with <em>M.canis</em> did not show any signs of recovery after treatment with ointment in contrast to the solution and the gel (p<0.01). The best results of improvement were observed in the cases infected with <em>T. mentagrophytes</em> but not against <em>M. gypseum</em>.
