other مقایسه اندازه لوله تراشه به کار رفته برای کودکان 14-1 سال با فرمول استاندارد بيهوشي Anesthesiology پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">سابقه و هدف: </span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">لوله&rlm;گذاری تراشه برای بسیاری از کودکان که تحت بی‌هوشی عمومی قرار می‌گیرند انجام می&rlm;شود. انتخاب قطر مناسب لوله&rlm;تراشه عوارض ناشی از لوله&rlm;گذاری تراشه را کاهش می‌دهد. در این مطالعه اندازه لوله &rlm;تراشه مناسب برای کودکان طبق فرمول استاندارد با اندازه لوله&rlm; تراشه به کار &nbsp;رفته مقایسه شده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">مواد و روش‌ها: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی، برروی 245کودک 1 تا 14ساله که در اتاق عمل بیمارستان&rlm;های علی&rlm;ابن&rlm;ابیطالب (ع) و مرادی شهر رفسنجان تحت بی‌هوشی عمومی قرار گرفته و لوله&rlm;گذاری تراشه برای آن‌ها انجام شد، صورت گرفت. کودکان به روش غیراحتمالی آسان انتخاب شده و قطر لوله&rlm;تراشه به کار رفته با اندازه به دست آمده از فرمول </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">cole</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">مقایسه گردید.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">یافته&rlm;ها: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">در این مطالعه اندازه لوله&rlm;تراشه به کار رفته برای کودکان، از اندازه به دست آمده طبق فرمول برای همان سنین کوچکتر بود (0001/0=</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">p</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">)</span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">این اختلاف با افزایش سن کودکان بیشتر می&rlm;شد.</span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">اختلاف قطر لوله تراشه به کار رفته در دختران و پسران معنی‌دار نبود. 2/81 درصد از لوله‌های تراشه&rlm; استفاده شده کاف‌دار و 8/18 درصد بدون کاف بودند.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">با توجه به یافته&rlm;ها، استفاده از فرمول </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">cole</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">، برای انتخاب اندازه لوله تراشه درکودکان مناسب نبوده و نیازمند تغییر است. می&rlm;توان فرمول فوق را تعدیل کرده و بصورت 5/3+ (4&divide; سن) برای بیماران ایرانی با سن 14-1 سال پیشنهاد کرد.</span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">واژه&rlm;های کلیدی: </span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">کودکان، اندازه لوله تراشه، فرمول کول</span></span></span> <strong>Background: </strong>Tracheal intubation is used for most pediatric patients who under general anesthesia. Selecting an appropriate size of endotracheal tube decreases the complications of intubation. In this study, the size of endotracheal tubes suggested by the standard formula of Cole is compared with the endotracheal tube sizes used for intubation of trachea.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>This descriptive and analytical study was carried out on 245 patients aged 1-14 years old who were undergone general anesthesia, and were all intubated in Ali-Ibn Abitaleb and moradi hospitals of Rafsanjan. The patients were selected in simple non - randomized method and the sizes of endotracheal tubes used for intubation were compared with the sizes suggested by the Cole formula.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>In this survey the size of the endotracheal tubes used for the patients at different ages were smaller than the sizes suggested by the Cole&rsquo;s formula (p=0.000). These differences increased with the increase of age. Endotracheal tube size in girls and boys was not significantly different. Of endotracheal tubes, 81/2% were with cuff and 18.8% uncuffed..<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Regarding the results of this study, use of the standard Cole&rsquo;s formula for selecting the appropriate size of the tube is not suitable and needs be modified.
