other آناتومی داخلی کانال های ریشه در دندان های قدامی فک پایین و پرمولرهای فک بالا و پایین به روش آزمایشگاهی دندان پزشكي دندان پزشكي پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:Yas;"><span style="font-size:16.0pt;">سابقه و هدف:</span></span><span style="font-family:Yas;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">اطلاع دقیق از آناتومی داخلی ریشه ها که درانجام درمان یک ریشه موثر می باشددر پیش‌آگهی طولانی‌مدت درمان موثراست که دراین راستا‌آناتومی داخلی دندانها به روشهای مختلف بررسی شده است، هدف ما از این تحقیق بررسی آناتومی داخلی در دندانهای قدامی پایین و پره‌مولر فک پایین وبالا با روش نفوذ رنگ و شفاف‌سازی می‌باشد.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:Yas;"><span style="font-size:16.0pt;">مواد و روش ها:</span></span><span style="font-family:Yas;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در این مطالعه 350 عدد دندان قدامی فک پایین(سانترال ،لترال،کانین) پرمولرهای بالا و پایین (از هر نوع دندان 50 عدد) برای تعیین تعداد کانال های ریشه و انواع آن و وجود کانال طرفی و فرعی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. مطالعه سیستم های کانال های ریشه بر اساس طبقه بندی </span></span><span dir="LTR">Vertucci</span><span style="font-family:Yas;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> و به روش نفوذ رنگ و شفاف سازی به طریق آزمایشگاهی با مختصری تغییر نسبت به مقالات قبلی انجام شد.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:Yas;"><span style="font-size:16.0pt;">یافته ها:</span></span><span style="font-family:Yas;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">آنالیز آماری نتایج نشان داد که: درصد کانال نوع 1 در دندان های سانترال ،لترال،کانین به ترتیب 84 ،78،94 درصد ،کانال نوع 2 در این دندان ها به ترتیب 10،12،14 درصد،نوع 3 : 2،2و 0 درصد ،نوع 4: 40،8،2 درصد وکانال طرفی به ترتیب 10،12و 10درصد و کانال فرعی 24،28و 20 درصد بود.درصد نوع 1 در دندان پرمولر اول و دوم فک پایین به ترتیب 78و90 درصد،نوع 2 : 2و4 درصد، نوع 4 :6 و 4 درصد و نوع 5 : 14 و 2درصد بود.در صد کانال های طرفی در این دو دندان 34 و 28 درصد، کانال فرعی20 و 20 درصد بود.درصد نوع 1 در دندان پرمولر اول و دوم فک بالا به ترتیب 10،54 درصد،نوع 2: 24 ،20درصد ،نوع 4: 64 و 24 درصد ،نوع 5 : 2،2 درصد بود. درصد کانال طرفی در این دو دندان 14 و 4 درصد ، کانل فرعی 18 و 22 درصد بود.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:Yas;"><span style="font-size:16.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span><span style="font-family:Yas;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش پیشنهاد می شود که روش ما با مختصر تغییری با تحقیقات قبلی می تواند روش مفید و دقیقی جهت بررسی آناتومی داخلی کانال ها باشد.</span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:Yas;"><span style="font-size:16.0pt;">واژه کلیدی:</span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:Yas;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> آناتومی ریشه ،دندان های قدامی پایین، پرمولر، نفوذ رنگ و شفاف ساری به طریق آزمایشگاهی، کانال طرفی، کانال فرعی </span></span></span></span></strong> Background: Knowledge about the anatomy of root canals is an important facror in the prognosis of&nbsp; root canal&nbsp; therapy .The purpose&nbsp; of&nbsp; this&nbsp; study is to derermine&nbsp; the root&nbsp; canal<br> anatomy in&nbsp; mandibalar anterior&nbsp; reeth and&nbsp; premolars by clear and dye peneration<br> method.<br> Materials and methods:In this&nbsp; study, 350 human mandibular anterior teeth and&nbsp; mandibular&nbsp; and&nbsp; maxillary premolars(from each:50 teeth)were used to determine the number of root canals and accessory and lateral canals . The examination of&nbsp; root&nbsp; canal&nbsp; systems was&nbsp; based on vertucci&rsquo;s classification and with the method of clear and dye penetration with a little difference to compare with other researches.<br> Results:The frequency of type I in central,lateral incisors and cuspids averaged 84.%78and %94, type II:%10 ,%12 and%4, typeIII%2 ,%2 and%0, typeIV averaged%8 and%2. The frequency&nbsp; of lateral&nbsp; canals&nbsp; in these&nbsp; teeth averaged %10 , %12&nbsp; and %10 and accessory canals averaged %24,%28 and%20.<br> The frequency of type I in mandibular premolars averaged %78 and%90,typeII%2 and%4,typeIV%6 and %4, type V averaged %14 and%2.The frequency of lateral canals in these teeth was %34 and %28 and accessory canals was %20 and %20.<br> The frequency of type I in maxillary permolars averaged %10, %54, typeII %24 and %20, type IV %4 and %24 , type V averaged %2 and %2.
