fa بررسی نرم‌افزار بازرسی کار اداره بازرسی وزارت تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی در ایران بر اساس داده‌های استان کرمان: یک مطالعه توصیفی آمار و اپيدميولوژي Statistics& Epidemiology پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">سالانه، حوادث شغلی قابل پیش&shy;گیری زیادی در جهان رخ می&shy;دهد. در استان کرمان 2228 حادثه حین کار بین سال&shy;های 1391 تا 1395 رخ داده است. گزارش بازرسی از این حوادث توسط بازرسین در نرم‌افزار بازرسی کار ثبت می‌شود. هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین کیفیت نرم‌افزار بازرسی کار، وزارت تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی در ایران بر اساس داده‌های استان کرمان و ارائه راه&shy;کارهای مناسب جهت رفع ایرادات و بهبود آن است.</span></span><span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش&shy;ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در این مطالعه توصیفی، به اداره تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی در استان کرمان مراجعه و قسمت&shy;های مختلف این نرم‌افزار و اطلاعات ثبت شده در آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. هم‌چنین، آمار تعداد کارگاه‌های فعال و تعداد بازرسی&shy;های انجام شده در استان کرمان طی سال&shy;های 1397-1395 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته&shy;ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نرم&shy;افزار بازرسی کار، قسمت&shy;هایی جهت ثبت اطلاعات مربوط به کارگاه‌ها، کارگران و حوادث کار دارد. با این وجود، این نرم‌افزار تحت وب نیست و اطلاعات تکراری در آن ثبت می‌شود. امکان جستجوی مشخصات فرد حادثه دیده وجود ندارد. تکمیل بسیاری از فیلدها در نرم‌افزار اجباری نیست و خالی می‌ماند. گزارش&shy;گیری از نرم‌افزار در قالب فایل </span></span><span dir="LTR">PDF</span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> (</span></span><span dir="LTR">Portable document format</span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) بوده و امکان تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات وجود ندارد.</span></span><span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه&shy;گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نرم‌افزار بازرسی کار، وزارت تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی کاربردی و مفیدی است. با این وجود، اگر تحت وب طراحی و ایرادات آن رفع شود می&shy;تواند نقش مهمی در اتخاذ تصمیم&shy;های مدیریتی جهت برنامه&shy;ریزی برای آموزش موارد ایمنی، شناسایی و کاهش خطرات در محیط کار داشته باشد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">واژه&shy;های کلیدی:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> بازرسی، حوادث، مشاغل، نرم&shy;افزار، اداره کار</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:1.0pt;"></span></span> <strong>Background and Objectives:</strong> Many preventable occupational accidents occur annually in the world. Almost 2228 work accidents occurred in Kerman province from 2012 to 2016. Reports of occupational accidents are recorded in the Work Inspection Software (WIS) by inspectors. The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality of WIS of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour and Social Welfare in Iran based on Kerman data and present appropriate strategies to address its problems and improve it.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>In this descriptive study, in order to investigate the quality of WIS, we referred to the Department of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare in Kerman province. Then different parts of software and the information registered in this software were examined. Moreover, the number of active workplaces and inspections done in Kerman province during 2016-2018 were studied. <strong><span dir="RTL"></span></strong><br> <strong>Results:</strong> WIS is has various sections for recording information on manufactories, workers, and work accidents. However, this software is not web-based and duplicate information is recorded in it. The information of injured workers is not searchable. Completing many of the fields in the software is not mandatory and as a result they will be left blank. Reporting from the software is in Portable Document Format (PDF), so it is not possible to analyze this information<strong><span dir="RTL">.</span></strong><br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> WIS is a useful software.
