fa بررسی عوامل مرتبط با بستری شدن بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19 در بیمارستان: یک مرور سیستماتیک Evaluation of Factors Related to the Hospitalization of Patients with COVID-19: A Systematic Review آمار و اپيدميولوژي Statistics& Epidemiology مقاله مروري Review Article <div dir="RTL">زمینه و هدف: بیماری کووید-19 که در دسامبر 2019 در ووهان چین نمایان شد، به سرعت در سراسر جهان گسترش یافت. طبق اعلام سازمان بهداشت جهانی این ویروس ما را در معرض یک بحران جهانی قرار داده است، بنابراین هدف این مطالعه شناخت عوامل مرتبط با بستری شدن بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19 در بیمارستان میباشد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مرور سیستماتیک، جهت یافتن اطلاعات موجود در مطالعات انجام شده در ارتباط با بررسی عوامل مرتبط با بستری شدن بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19 از کلیدواژه‌های "2019-nCoV"، "COVID-19"، "SARS-CoV-2"، "Coronaviruses"، "Hospitaliz*"، "Factor*" در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی SID، MagIran، Embase، ProQuest، Scopus،PubMed ، Web of Science (ISI) و موتور جستجوی Google Scholar بدون محدودیت زمانی تا April 2021 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: از 8710 مقاله اولیه یافت شده، پس از حذف مقالات غیرمرتبط با معیارهای ورود به مطالعه، در نهایت 13 مقاله با حجم نمونه 129022 نفر وارد ÷مطالعه شدند. با توجه به بررسی مطالعات مختلف؛ افزایش سن، جنسیت مرد، نژاد سیاه، چاقی، بالا بودن شاخص توده بدنی، مصرف دخانیات، دیابت، بیماری‌های قلبی-عروقی، کلیوی، پرفشاری خون رابطه مستقیمی با بستری شدن بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19 دارند (05/0>P)، اما در خصوص مصرف الکل و ابتلاء به آسم نیاز به تحقیقات بیش‌تری است. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه‌ی مرورسیستماتیک نشان داد که سالمندان، مردان، سیاه‌پوستان، افراد چاق، سیگاری‌ها، دیابتی‌ها، بیماران قلبی-عروقی، کلیوی و پرفشاری خون بیش‌تر در خطر بستری شدن در بیمارستان در اثر ابتلاء به کووید-19 می‌باشند، که می‌تواند مورد توجه متخصصان مربوطه قرار گیرد. واژه‌های کلیدی: عوامل مرتبط، کووید-19، بستری شدن، مرور سیستماتیک</div> Background and Objectives: Covid-19 disease, which appeared in Wuhan, China in December 2019, spread rapidly around the world. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the virus has exposed us to a global crisis. Therefore, this study aimed at investigating the factors associated with the hospitalization of patients with Covid-19. Materilas and Methods: In this systematic review, the information of studies carried out concerning surveying the factors associated with the hospitalization of patients with COVID-19 was extracted with no time limit up to April 2021, using the keywords "2019-nCoV", "COVID-19", "SARS-CoV-2", "Coronaviruses", "Hospitaliz*", and  "Factor*" in SID, MagIran, Embase, ProQuest, Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science (ISI), and Google Scholar engine . Results: Finally, out of 8710 received articles and after eliminating the articles irrelevant to inclusion criteria, 13 articles with a sample size of 129022 people were included in the study. According to various studies, aging, male gender, black race, obesity, high BMI, smoking, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, hypertension are directly related to the hospitalization of patients with COVID-19 (p<0.05), but more research is needed on alcohol consumption and asthma. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the elderly, men, blacks, obese people, smokers, hypertension, diabetics, and patients with cardiovascular and kidney disease are at a higher risk of hospitalization due to COVID-19, which may be of interest to the related specialists.
