fa رابطه بین استرس ادراک ‌شده و عملکرد جنسی در مردان: نقش تعدیل‌کنندگی صمیمیت زناشویی: یک مطالعه توصیفی The Relationship between Perceived Stress and Sexual Function in Men with the Moderating Role of Marital Intimacy: A Descriptive Study روانپزشكي Psychiatry توصيفي Description زمینه و هدف: رابطه جنسی بین زوجین مؤلفه‌ای درخور توجه است که یکی از مهم‌ترین کارکردهای آن ایجاد صمیمیت و استحکام روابط عاطفی میان زوجین است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش تعدیل‌کنندگی صمیمیت زناشویی در رابطه بین استرس ادراک ‌شده و عملکرد جنسی مردان انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه توصیفی حاضر از نوع همبستگی با استفاده از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری مردان متأهل ایرانی 25 تا 45 ساله ساکن استان‌های تهران و اصفهان در سال 1402 هستند که حداقل یک سال از زندگی مشترک‌شان گذشته است. از میان آن‌ها تعداد 204 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش از ابزارهای مقیاس استرس ادراک ‌شده Cohen، پرسشنامه عملکرد جنسی مردان Rosen و پرسشنامه صمیمیت Walker و Thompson استفاده شد. تجزیه‌ و ‌تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های همبستگی Spearman و تحلیل مسیر و با استفاده از مدل تعدیل‌گر صورت گرفت. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که بین استرس ادراک‌ شده و عملکرد جنسی مردان رابطه منفی و معنی‌دار وجود دارد (45/0-=β، 001/0>P). همچنین، صمیمیت زناشویی با عملکرد جنسی مردان رابطه مثبت و معنی‌دار دارد (53/0=β، 001/0>P). در نهایت، صمیمیت زناشویی در رابطه بین استرس ادراک ‌شده و عملکرد جنسی مردان نقش تعدیل‌کننده ایفاء می‌کند (31/0=β، 001/0>P). نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر می‌توان گفت استرس‌های ادراک‌ شده اثرات نامطلوبی مانند کاهش عملکرد جنسی بر روی رابطه زوجین دارند و در نظر گرفتن متغیرهای روان‌شناختی مانند صمیمیت زوجی در آموزش و درمان می‌تواند مؤثر باشد. واژههای کلیدی: استرس ادراک‌ شده، عملکرد جنسی، صمیمیت زناشویی   Background and Objectives: Sexual relationship between couples is an important aspect, with one of its most crucial functions being the creation of intimacy and strengthening emotional relationships between spouses. The present study aimed to determine the moderating role of marital intimacy in the relationship between perceived stress and sexual function of men. Materials and Methods: This is a descriptive-correlation study in which structural equation modeling method is used. The statistical population included Iranian married men aged 25 to 45 residing in Tehran and Isfahan Provinces in 2023 who had been living together for at least one year. Among them, a total of 204 individuals were selected using convenience sampling method. In this study, tools such as the Cohen’s Perceived Stress Scale, Rosen’s Male Sexual Function Questionnaire, and Walker & Thompson’s Intimacy Questionnaire were used. The data was analyzed using Spearman’s correlation test and path analysis, and with the use of a moderation model. Results: The findings indicated a significant negative relationship between perceived stress and sexual function of men (β=-0.45, p<0.001). Additionally, marital intimacy showed a significant positive relationship with sexual function of men (β=0.53, p<0.001). Ultimately, marital intimacy played a moderating role in the relationship between perceived stress and sexual function of men (β=0.31, p<0.001). Conclusion: Based on the findings of the current research, it can be concluded that perceived stresses have undesirable effects such as reducing sexual function in the relationship between spouses, and considering psychological variables such as marital intimacy can be effective in education and therapy.
