fa شناسایی عناصر سازمان‌دهنده درس اخلاق پزشکی و تعهد‌ حرفه‌ای: مروری مفهومی Identifying the Organizing Elements of Medical Ethics and Professionalism Course: A Scoping Review آموزش پزشكي آموزش پزشكي پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: اخلاق پزشکی و تعهد حرفه‌ای از ارکان اساسی آموزش پزشکی هستند که نقش مهمی‌در شکل‌دهی به هویت حرفه‌ای و رفتارهای اخلاقی دانشجویان ایفاء می‌کنند. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی ارکان سازمان ‌دهنده درس اخلاق پزشکی و تعهد حرفه‌ای انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: مقالات و پایان‌نامه‌های مرتبط از پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی Scopus، PubMed، Magiran و Irandoc با <a name="_Hlk190460144">کلیدواژه‌های اخلاق پزشکی (</a>Medical ethics) و تعهدحرفه‌ای (Professionalism) در ترکیب با کلیدواژه های پزشکی (Medicine) و دانشجوی پزشکی (Medical student) استخراج و بر اساس معیارهای مشخص، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. پس از اعمال محدودیت‌ها و بررسی مقالات، 33 مقاله و 2 پایان‌نامه کاملاً مرتبط با هدف مطالعه انتخاب شدند و تحلیل محتوای کیفی برای شناسایی ارکان و عناصر سازمان‌دهنده درس اخلاق و تعهد حرفه‌ای انجام شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که درس اخلاق و تعهد حرفه‌ای باید بر اساس 10 رکن اصلی طراحی شود: اهداف برنامه درسی، شیوه‌های تدریس، راه‌کار‌های تدریس، نحوه ارزشیابی، محتوای آموزشی، سال و مدت زمان ارائه درس، مکمل‌های آموزشی، مدرسین و چالش‌های تدریس اخلاق و تعهد حرفه‌ای. اهداف برنامه باید جامع و متناسب با نیازهای جامعه باشد، در حالی که شیوه‌های تدریس باید از روش‌های فعال مانند یادگیری مبتنی بر حل مسئله و ایفای نقش استفاده کنند. راه‌کار‌های تدریس نیز باید بر تفکر انتقادی و بازاندیشی تأکید داشته باشند. محتوای آموزشی باید مفاهیم کلیدی مانند رازداری، رضایت آگاهانه، و عدالت اجتماعی را پوشش دهد و با فرهنگ و ارزش‌های جامعه تطابق داشته باشد. ارزشیابی باید چندبعدی و شامل روش‌هایی مانند پورتفولیو و ارزیابی ۳۶۰ درجه باشد. ارائه درس باید به‌صورت طولی و در تمامی‌سال‌های تحصیلی انجام شود. همچنین، آموزش اساتید و توجه به چالش‌هایی مانند پیچیدگی مفاهیم اخلاقی و نبود اساتید الگوی بالینی از عوامل کلیدی در موفقیت برنامه هستند. نتیجه‌گیری: در نهایت، این مطالعه پیشنهاد می‌کند که برنامه‌های درسی اخلاق پزشکی و <a name="_Hlk188542495">تعهدحرفه‌ای</a> به‌صورت یکپارچه و مبتنی بر نیازهای جامعه طراحی و اجرا شوند تا پزشکانی با تعهد حرفه‌ای بالا تربیت شوند. واژه‌های کلیدی: تعهد‌حرفه‌ای، اخلاق پزشکی، برنامه درسی   <a name="_Hlk114425361">Background and Objectives: </a>Medical ethics and professionalism are fundamental pillars of medical education, playing a crucial role in shaping the professional identity and ethical behavior of medical students. This study aimed to identify the organizing components of the medical ethics and professionalism course. Materials and Methods: Relevant articles and theses were extracted from databases such as Scopus, PubMed, Magiran, and Irandoc using keywords including "Medical ethics", "Professionalism", "Medicine", and "Medical student." After applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, 33 articles and 2 theses closely aligned with the study's objectives were selected. A qualitative content analysis was conducted to identify the organizing components and elements of the medical ethics and professionalism course. Results: The findings revealed that the medical ethics and professionalism course should be designed based on 10 core components: curriculum objectives, teaching methods, teaching strategies, assessment methods, educational content, the year and duration of course delivery, supplementary educational materials, instructors, and challenges in teaching ethics and professional commitment. Curriculum objectives should be comprehensive and aligned with societal needs, while teaching methods should employ active approaches such as problem-based learning (PBL) and role-playing. Teaching strategies should emphasize critical thinking and reflection. Educational content should cover key concepts such as confidentiality, informed consent, and social justice, and be aligned with the cultural and societal values. Assessment should be multidimensional and include methods such as portfolios and 360-degree evaluations. The course should be delivered longitudinally throughout all years of medical education. Additionally, faculty training and addressing challenges such as the complexity of ethical concepts and the lack of clinical role models are key factors in the success of the program. Conclusion: Ultimately, this study suggests that medical ethics and professionalism course should be designed and implemented in an integrated manner, based on societal needs, to train physicians with a high level of professionalism.
