fa بررسی رابطه کیفیت تعامل مادر-فرزند و حمایت اجتماعی دوستان با خودمدیریتی دیابت نوع یک در نوجوانان شهر تهران: یک مطالعه توصیفی The Relationship between the Quality of Parent-Child Interaction and Social Support of Friends with Type 1 Diabetes Self-Management in Adolescents: A Descriptive Study روانپزشكي روانپزشكي پژوهشي Research چکیده زمینه و هدف: خودمدیریتی دیابت یکی از مهم‌ترین جنبه‌های کنترل و درمان این بیماری به ویژه در نوجوانان است و شناخت عوامل مرتبط با آن هم‌چون متغیرهای خانواده و هم‌سالان نیز می‌تواند نقش مؤثری در این زمینه داشته باشد. هدف مطالعه حاضر، تعیین رابطه کیفیت تعامل والد-‌فرزند و حمایت اجتماعی دوستان با خودمدیریتی دیابت نوع یک در نوجوانان مبتلا بود. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی و نمونه آماری این پژوهش ۱۳۱ نوجوان 13 تا 18 ساله مبتلا به دیابت نوع یک ساکن تهران در سال 1401-1402 بود. نمونه پژوهش با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس از میان اعضای انجمن دیابت تهران انتخاب گردید. ابزارهای پژوهش عبارت بودند از پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد رابطه ولی-فرزند، پرسش‌نامه حمایت اجتماعی-مقیاس دوستان و پرسش‌نامه خودمدیریتی دیابت نوع یک در نوجوانان. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون خطی چندگانه تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که خودمدیریتی دیابت با تعامل مادر-فرزند با ضریب همبستگی (0/46=r، 0/01>P) و با حمایت اجتماعی دوستان با ضریب همبستگی (0/27=r، 0/01>P) رابطه مثبت و معناداری دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون خطی چندگانه نیز نشان داد که این دو متغیر توانایی پیش‌بینی 22/7 درصد از واریانس خودمدیریتی دیابت را دارند. نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که خودمدیریتی دیابت در نوجوانان مبتلا، ارتباط مستقیمی با کیفیت تعامل مادر-فرزند و حمایتی که از دوستان خود می‌گیرند، دارد. بنابراین، می‌توان پیش‌بینی کرد که آموزش مادران برای افزایش تعاملات مثبت با فرزند مبتلا و آموزش دوستان برای حمایت بیشتر از دوست مبتلا به دیابت خود، می‌تواند قدمی در جهت بهبود رفتارهای خودمدیریتی باشد. واژه‌های کلیدی: دیابت نوع یک، خودمدیریتی دیابت، کیفیت تعامل والد-فرزند، حمایت اجتماعی دوستان <a name="_Hlk114425361">Background and Objectives: </a>Diabetes self-management is one of the most critical aspects of controlling and treating this disease, especially in adolescents. Identifying factors related to it, such as family and peer variables, can also play an effective role in this field. The present study aimed to determine the relationship between the quality of parent-child interaction and friends' social support with self-management of type 1 diabetes in adolescents. Materials and Methods: This descriptive-correlational study included 131 adolescents aged 13 to 18 years with type 1 diabetes residing in Tehran, 2022-2023. The sample was selected using the convenience sampling method from members of the Tehran Diabetes Association. The research instruments included the standard Parent-Child Relationship Questionnaire, the Social Support Questionnaire - Friends Scale (PSS-Fr), and the Type 1 Diabetes Self-Management Questionnaire for Adolescents. Data were analyzed using correlation and multiple regression analysis. Results: The findings revealed that diabetes self-management has a significant positive correlation with mother-child interaction (r=0.46, p<0.01) and friends' social support (r=0.27, p<0.01). Furthermore, the results of multiple regression analysis indicated that these two variables, in combination, can predict 22.7% of the variance in diabetes self-management. Conclusion: According to the current study, self-management of diabetes in affected adolescents is directly related to the quality of mother-child interaction and the support they receive from their friends. Therefore, it can be predicted that educating mothers to enhance positive interactions with their affected children and educating friends to provide greater support to their peers with diabetes can be a step towards improving self-management behaviors.
