fa رابطه خودتنظیمی و گرایش به اعتیاد با میانجی‌گری حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌ شده در دانش‌آموزان دبیرستانی شهر کرمان: یک مطالعه توصیفی The Relationship between Self-Regulation and Tendency to Addiction with the Mediating Role of Perceived Social Support among High School Students in Kerman: A Descriptive Study روانپزشكي روانپزشكي پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: گرایش به اعتیاد در میان نوجوانان یکی از مهم‌ترین نگرانی‌هایی است که تحت تأثیر عوامل فردی و محیطی قرار دارد. لذا هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین رابطه بین خودتنظیمی و گرایش به اعتیاد با نقش میانجی حمایت اجتماعی ادراک ‌شده بود. مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمام دانش‌آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم شهر کرمان در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۴–۱۴۰۳ بود که از میان آن‌ها ۱۰۲۱ نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسش‌نامه خودتنظیمی Chen و Lin (۲۰۱۸)، پرسش‌نامه حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌ شده Wax و همکاران (۱۹۸۶) و مقیاس گرایش به اعتیاد فرجاد (۱۳۸۵) بودند. داده‌ها با استفاده از همبستگی Pearson، مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و آزمون Bootstrap تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد خودتنظیمی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر حمایت اجتماعی دارد (0/001>P، 0/60=β) و حمایت اجتماعی اثر منفی و معناداری بر گرایش به اعتیاد دارد (0/001>P، 0/64-=β). همچنین، خودتنظیمی تأثیر مستقیم منفی و معناداری بر گرایش به اعتیاد داشت (0/001>P، 0/83-=β). اثر غیرمستقیم خودتنظیمی بر گرایش به اعتیاد از طریق حمایت اجتماعی نیز معنادار بود (0/001>P، 0/23-=β). آزمون Sobel نقش میانجی جزئی حمایت اجتماعی را تأیید کرد (0/001>P)، و شاخص‌های برازش مدل مطلوب بود (0/034=Root Mean Square Error of Approximation; RMSEA). نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد خودتنظیمی، به‌صورت مستقیم و از طریق حمایت اجتماعی، گرایش به اعتیاد را کاهش می‌دهد. بنابراین، تقویت مهارت‌های خودتنظیمی و حمایت اجتماعی در مدارس می‌تواند به پیشگیری از گرایش به اعتیاد در میان نوجوانان کمک کند. واژه‌های کلیدی: خودتنظیمی، حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌ شده، گرایش به اعتیاد، دانش‌آموزان، مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری   <a name="_Hlk114425361">Background and Objectives:</a> Addiction tendency among adolescents is one of the most critical public health concerns and is influenced by both individual and environmental factors. Therefore, the present study aimed to examine the relationship between self-regulation and addiction tendency, with the mediating role of perceived social support. Materials and Methods: This study employed a descriptive–correlational design. The statistical population consisted of all senior secondary school students in Kerman City during the 2024–2025 academic year, from whom 1,021 students were selected using multistage cluster random sampling. The research instruments included the Self-Regulation Questionnaire by Chen and Lin (2018), the Perceived Social Support Questionnaire by Wax et al. (1986), and the Addiction Tendency Scale by Farjad (2006). Data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficients, structural equation modeling (SEM), and the Bootstrap test. Results: The results indicated that self-regulation had a significant positive effect on perceived social support (β=0.60, p<0.001), while perceived social support had a significant negative effect on addiction tendency (β=−0.64, p<0.001). Additionally, self-regulation showed a significant direct negative effect on addiction tendency (β=−0.83, p<0.001). The indirect effect of self-regulation on addiction tendency through perceived social support was also significant (β=−0.23, p<0.001). The Sobel test confirmed the partial mediating role of perceived social support (p<0.001), and the model demonstrated an acceptable fit (Root Mean Square Error of Approximation; RMSEA=0.034). Conclusion: The findings suggest that self-regulation reduces addiction tendency both directly and indirectly through perceived social support. Therefore, strengthening self-regulation skills and enhancing social support within school settings may contribute to the prevention of addiction tendency among adolescents.
