fa شیوع سوء تغذیه در کودکان 5-1 ساله شهر رفسنجان در سال 1380 Prevalence of Malnutrition in Children 1-5 Years Old in Rafsanjan City in The Year 2000 بهداشت Environmental Health پژوهشي Research <h6 dir="rtl">خلاصه</h6> سابقه و هدف: سوء تغذیه از نوع کمبودهای تغذیه‌ای، مشکل عمده کشور‌های در حال توسعه است و در اکثر موارد (60%) علت مرگ و میر کودکان زیر 5 سال ناشی از سوء تغذیه می‌باشد. بنابراین سوء تغذیه معمولی‌ترین و بارزترین دلیل کاهش عمر، بقاء و سلامت کودکان است. علاوه بر این کمبود‌های تغذیه‌ای در کودکان با کاهش آموزش پذیری ، افت توانمندی ، کارآیی و عدم توانائی در کسب مهارت‌ها قابل تعمق است. با انجام مطالعه قبلی و شیوع سوء تغذیه در کودکان مهد کودک‌های شهر رفسنجان این مطالعه به منظور تعیین شیوع سوء تغذیه در کودکان 5-1 ساله این شهر طراحی شد. مواد و روشها: این مطالعه یک بررسی توصیفی- مقطعی بود. 1070 کودک 5-1 ساله از مراکز بهداشتی شهری با نمونه‌گیری طبقه بندی انتخاب و پرسشنامه فردی مربوط به هر کودک توسط مادر تکمیل شد.اندازه‌گیری قد ، وزن برای سن و قد برای سن کودکان و مقایسه آنها با جداول NCHS-WHO بیان شد. یافته‌ها: نمایه قد برای سن کودکان نشان داد که 3/10% کودکان دارای کوتاه قدی متوسط تا شدید هستند.کوتاه قدی در دختران و پسران به ترتیب 3/9% و 3/11% بود. نمایه وزن برای قد نشان داد که 8/5% کودکان دارای لاغری شدید و متوسط هستند. شیوع لاغری در دختران و پسران به ترتیب 9/5% و 8/5% بود. نمایه وزن برای سن نشان داد که 5/11% کودکان دارای کم وزنی شدید و متوسط هستند. شیوع کم وزنی در دختران و پسران به ترتیب 4/11% و 6/11% بود. نتیجه‌گیری: این بررسی نشان داد سوء تغذیه مشکل کودکان این شهر می‌باشد هر چند شیوء سوء تغذیه نسبت به بررسی‌های قبلی کمتر شده است که این امر نشان دهنده فعالیت مناسب شبکه‌های بهداشت و درمان است، ولی برای رسیدن به جامعه ایده‌آل بایستی فعالیت‌ها با کفایت بیشتری انجام شود. واژه‌های کلیدی: اندازه‌گیری آنتروپومتریک،  سوء تغذیه،کودکان، رفسنجان   Prevalence of Malnutrition in Children 1-5 Years Old in Rafsanjan City in The Year 2000  �   Z Salem * 1 , M.SC MSheikh Fathollahi 1 MSC,A Esmaeeli 2.Ph.D  �   1-Academic member, Department of nutrition, Rafsanjan university of health and medical services Rafsanjan,Iran   2-Assistant professor of health, Rafsanjan university of health and medical services Rafsanjan,Iran   Background: Malnutrition is a major health problem in the developing countries. It is recognizied that 60% of causes of deaths among children under five years in these countries are associated with malnutrition. Therefore malnutrition is the most common cause of reduced life expectancy, health and survival in children. The objective of this study was to estimate the prevalence of malnutrition in 1-5 year old children. in Rafsanjan city.   Materials and Methods: This study was a descriptive and cross sectional study, which was carried out in 1070 1-5 years children old .They were selected by classification sampling technique. Questionnaires were filled in by the children´s mothers. Weight and height was measured by scale and a tape.   Results: The prevalence of stunting (height for age), under weight (weight for age) and wasting (weight for height) among all children were%10.3, %11.5 and %5.8 respectively. Stunting among girls and boys were %9.3, and %11.3respectively. Wasting in girls and boys was %5.9 and %5.8 respectivel .and under.weight in girls and boys was %11.4 and %11.6 respectively.   Conclusion: This study showed that malnutrition is a major problem in children in this city.
