Authors of scientific articles [j1] face different feedbacks by journal reviewers when they send their articles. Accordingly, the reviewed articles are divided in to 4 groups: 1. Acceptable as stands, 2. Acceptable with minor revision, 3. Acceptable with major revision, 4. Rejected. The addressee to this letter to editor are those authors who are desperate because of their articles being rejected or not having enough quality for publication.
