زمینه و هدف: عملکرد جنسی جزء مهمی از زندگی زنان یائسه مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو است و تغییر در آن بهخصوص در یائسگی، میتواند بر سلامت ایشان تأثیرگذار باشد. عملکرد جنسی این زنان میتواند تحت تأثیر عوامل مختلفی قرار گیرد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش میانجی تحمل پریشانی در رابطه بین اضطراب و افسردگی با عملکرد جنسی در زنان یائسه مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی بود. جامعه آماری شامل زنان یائسه مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 ساکن شهر تهران در سال 1402 بودند. حجم نمونه بر اساس مدل Kline و با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس 300 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری دادههای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه عملکرد جنسی زنان، سیاهه افسردگی Beck، سیاهه اضطراب Beck و مقیاس تحمل پریشانی Simons و Gaher بود. دادهها با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که اثرات مستقیم اضطراب، افسردگی و تحمل پریشانی بر عملکرد جنسی معنادار بود (001/0=P). همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که تحمل پریشانی در رابطه بین اضطراب و افسردگی با عملکرد جنسی نقش میانجی دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر طبق یافتههای مطالعه حاضر، عملکرد جنسی زنان یائسه مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو میتواند متأثر از اضطراب، افسردگی و تحمل پریشانی آنان باشد. لذا بر اساس یافتهها، اضطراب و افسردگی با تأثیرگذاری بر تحمل پریشانی موجب نقص در عملکرد جنسی زنان یائسه مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو میشود که بر این اساس پیشنهاد میشود در مداخلات روانشناختی برای این زنان اقدام به کاهش اضطراب و افسردگی آنان کرد.
