The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of educational messages on hepatitis B vaccination of Nikshahr Health Network employees. Materials and Methods: This quasi-experimental study was performed on 210 employees of Nikshahr Health Network. The study was conducted in the form of before and after, the samples were selected by convenience sampling and the information was obtained by a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using paired t-test and chi-squared test. Results: Hepatitis B vaccination was performed in the pre-training phase in 79 cases (37.62%) and after training in 150 cases (71.43%). According to the results, 54.20% of those who had not been vaccinated against hepatitis B before training took action in this field after training. Conclusion: Based on the results, training by sending a message via mobile phone was effective on the rate of hepatitis B vaccination in health care network staff.
