The aim of this study was Comparison of effects of consuming water and vitamin E on the variations of hematuria after a chosen severe exercise in athlete 14-16 years old boy students. Materials and Methods: The present study is a Clinical trial. In this study subjects were randomly selected from among the students footballer in ten people 4 groups (Group control, Group water, Group vitamin and Group vitamin+water ). Determinated chosen severe exercise is Bangsbo protocol. During exercise heart rate was recorded by finger-touch pulsmeter from two subjects that randomly selected. Urinary samples of all groups were collected before and after exercise and then transferred to laboratory for analyzing. Used statistical tests in this study are one-sample t test and one-way analysis of variance. Results: Produced findings of statistical comparison between 4 groups about occurred hematuria shew that chosen severe exercise resulted in induced-exercise hematuria (p= 0.03). Also with consuming water during exercise, chosen severe exercise did not result in sport hematuria and with consuming vitamin E one week before exercise not result in exercise-related hemoglobinuria in this study. Also with consuming water during exercise and vitamin E before exercise, chosen severe exercise did not result in exercise-related hemoglobinuria and hemoglobinuria in this study. Cunclusion: To reducing loss in exercise specifically hematuria, it is recommended that consuming water at intervals of and vitamin E before exercise be important as a necessary thing. Key words: Water, Severe Exercise, Vitamin E, Hematuria Funds: The required fund was allocated by personal contribution. Conflict of interest: None declared. Etical approval: The Ethics Committee of Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training Universityof Medical Sciences, approved the study. How to cite this article: Shahidi F, Kashef M, Masoudian B, Akbari A.
