fa بررسی اثرات میدان الکترومغناطیس با بسامد پایین بر ترمیم زخم در موش‌های صحرایی دیابتی Investigating the Effects of Low Frequency Electromagnetic Field on Wound Healing in Diabetic Rats پوست Dermatology پژوهشي Research  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absolute left:0text-align:leftmargin-left:2.45ptmargin-top:1.4ptwidth:449.5pt height:410.8ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="550" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: دیابت شیرین به صورت هیپرگلیسمی و ایجاد زخم در اندام‌های تحتانی ظاهر می‌شود. افزایش قند خون می‌تواند موجب نارسایی در ترمیم زخم در بیماران دیابتی شود. میدان‌های الکترومغناطیس با شدت‌های مختلف، اثرات متفاوتی بر سلول‌های جانوری دارند. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی اثرات میدان‌ الکترومغناطیس با بسامد کم بر ترمیم زخم در موش‌های صحرایی دیابتی می‌باشد.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه تجربی 30 موش صحرایی به گروه‌های شش تایی مشتمل بر: شاهد سالم، شاهد دیابتی، شاهد آزمایشگاهی دیابتی و گروه‌های تجربی دیابتی 1 و 2 که 22 روز و روزانه 4 ساعت در معرض میدان الکترومغناطیس با بسامد 50 هرتز و شدت‌های 10 و 400 گاؤس قرار داشتند، تقسیم شدند. در گروه شاهد سالم و پس از القای دیابت در گروه‌های دیابتی در دو طرف پشتی بدن زخمی به طول 4 سانتی‌متر ایجاد شد. سپس نمونه‌ها در معرض امواج الکترومغناطیس قرار گرفتند و درصد ترمیم زخم در روزهای 1، 2، 6، 10، 14، 18 و 22 بررسی شد. داده‌ها توسط آزمون one way ANOVA و آزمون تعقیبی TUKEY در سطح 05/0 تحلیل شدند.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: درصد بهبودی زخم در روزهای 10، 14، 18 و 22 در گروه تجربی دیابتی 1 نسبت به نمونه‌های گروه شاهد دیابتی به طور معنی‌داری افزایش یافت (015/0=p)، (009/0=p)، (002/0=p) و (018/0=p). همچنین، در روزهای 14، 18 و 22 در گروه تجربی دیابتی 2 نسبت به نمونه‌های گروه شاهد دیابتی به طور معنی‌داری این درصد کاهش یافت (029/0=p)، (015/0=p) و (022/0=p).<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: میدان الکترومغناطیس با شدت‌های 10 و 400 گاؤس اثرات متفاوتی بر روند ترمیم زخم در نمونه‌های دیابتی دارد. شدت‌های پایین، تسریع‌کننده ولی شدت‌های بالا، مهار کننده ترمیم زخم می‌باشند.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: میدان الکترومغناطیس، ترمیم زخم، دیابت، موش صحرایی<o:p /> Background and Objective: Diabetes mellitus appears in hyperglycemia mode and ulcers in extremities. Hyperglycemia can lead to impair wound healing in diabetic patients. Electromagnetic fields (EMF) with different intensities have distinctive effects on animal cells. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of low frequency electromagnetic field on wound healing in diabetic rats.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: In this experimental study,30 rats were divided into six groups normal control group, diabetic control group, diabetic sham-exposed and diabetic experimental groups 1 and 2 that were treated 22 days by EMF with intensity of 10 and 400 gauss for 4 hours daily. In normal control group and after diabetes induction in diabetic groups, wounds with length of 4 cm in two sides of the dorsal body were created. Then, samples were exposed to electromagnetic radiation and investigated the percentage of wound healing on days 1, 2, 6, 10, 14, 18 and 22. Data was analyzed by one way ANOVA and post hoc Tukey at the level of 0.05.<o:p /> Results: The percentage of wound healing on days 10, 14, 18 and 22 in diabetic experimental group 1 in comparison to diabetic control group increased significantly (p=0.015), (p=0.009), (p=0.002) and (p=0.018). The percentage of wound healing on days 14, 18 and 22 in diabetic experimental group 2 compared with diabetic control group decreased significantly (p=0.029), (p=0.015) and (p=0.022). <o:p /> Conclusion: Electromagnetic field with intensities of 10 and 400 gauss has different effects on wound healing in diabetic samples.
