fa ارتباط بین خودکارآمدی با آگاهی، حساسیت، شدت و منافع درک شده نسبت به رفتارهای پیشگیرانه ایدز در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان در سال 1390 The Relationship of Self-Efficacy with Awareness and Perceptiveness Severity and Benefits in Regard to Adopting AIDS Preventive Behaviors among Students of Kerman University of Medical Sciences in 2011 بهداشت Environmental Health پژوهشي Research چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: ایدز یکی از جدی‌ترین و کشنده‌ترین بیماری‌های عفونی است. خودکارآمدی افراد می‌تواند تأثیر بسزایی در اتخاذ رفتارهای پیشگیرانه ارتقا‌دهنده سلامت و کنترل این معضل جهانی داشته باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط خودکارآمدی با آگاهی، حساسیت، شدت و منافع درک شده دانشجویان نسبت به اتخاذ رفتارهای پیشگیرانه ایدز انجام گرفت.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی با مشارکت 296 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان در سال1390 با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسش‌نامه‌‌ای شامل اطلاعات جمعیتی، سؤالات آگاهی و سازه‌های خودکارآمدی، حساسیت، شدت و منافع درک شده بود. برای رتبه‌بندی، پاسخ‌دهی کمتر از 50% و بالای 75% ملاک قضاوت قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های تی مستقل، ANOVA، مجذورکای و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: نمره خودکارآمدی 7/44%، آگاهی 8/58% و منافع درک شده 3/80% از دانشجویان در سطح خوب ارزیابی گردید. در‌حالی‌که فقط 5/3% افراد نمره حساسیت و کمتر از 1% افراد نمره شدت درک شده در سطح خوب کسب نمودند. آنالیز آماری ارتباط معنی‌دار بین نمره خودکارآمدی با جنس (004/0=p)، آگاهی (001/0=p) و منافع درک شده (001/0p<) نشان داد. در‌حالی‌که نمره خودکارآمدی با سن (695/0=p)، رشته تحصیلی (428/0=p)، وضعیت تأهل (493/0=p)، شدت (308/0=p) و حساسیت درک شده (930/0=p) ارتباطی نداشت.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد توجه به نقش آگاهی و منافع درک شده در افزایش خودکارآمدی افراد نتایج سودمندی به دنبال داشته باشد. پیشنهاد می‌گردد که در مطالعات آینده ارتباط این سازه‌ها با رفتارهای پیشگیری از ایدز بررسی شود.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: ایدز، دانشجویان، خودکارآمدی درک شده، حساسیت درک شده، شدت درک شده، منافع درک شده، آگاهی<o:p />   F. The self-efficacy of preventive behaviors can be effective in promoting health and controlling the major problems of the world. This study was carried out to find the relationship between self-efficacy and perceptiveness, benefits and severity in regard to adopting AIDS preventive behaviours among university students.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: This study was done with 296 students in Kerman University of Medical Sciences who were enrolled into this cross-sectional descriptive-analytic study by stratified random sampling in 2011. Data were collected by a questionnaire including demographic part, awareness-testing questions and constructs of perceived susceptibility, severity, benefits and self-efficacy. Judgment criteria for ranking the participants were levels of responding less than 50% and over 75%. Data analysis was performed using independent t test, ANOVA, x2 test and Pearson correlation coefficient.<o:p /> Results: 44.7% of the self-efficacy score, 58.8% of the knowledge score and 80.3% of perceived benefits score of students were assessed as suitable levels. While only 3.5% of sensitivity score and less than 1% of perceived severity score were in good levels. Self-efficacy score showed significant relationship with gender (p=0.004), perceived awareness (p=0.001) and perceived benefits (p=0.000) while, it released no significant relationship with age, field of study, marital status and perceived susceptibility and severity (p>0.05).<o:p /> Conclusion: It seems that it will have useful results to pay attention to the role of awareness and perceived benefits in order to increasing self-efficacy of participants.
