fa تأثیر مداخله آموزشی بر اساس مدل باور بهداشتی درکنترل بیماری فشارخون در مبتلایان به فشارخون بالا The Effect of an Educational Intervention According to Hygienic Belief Model in Improving Care and Controlling among Patients with Hypertension بهداشت Environmental Health پژوهشي Research  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style="position: absolute left: 0px text-align: left margin-left: 2.45pt margin-top: 1.4pt width: 449.5pt height: 371.9pt z-index: -1 " arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"> </w:wrap></v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="498" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: بیماری فشارخون بالا از جمله بیماری‌هایی است که سهم عمده درمان و کنترل آن به عهده بیماران است، لذا آگاهی آنان در خصوص جنبه‌های مختلف درمان این بیماری از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی کارآیی مدل باور بهداشتی در خصوص آموزش بیماران مبتلا به فشارخون بالا انجام گردید.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه یک کارآزمایی آموزشی است. جمعیت مورد مطالعه، تعداد 200 نفر از بیماران مبتلا به بیماری فشارخون بالا تحت پوشش مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرستان بم بودند که به طور تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله (100 نفر) و کنترل (100 نفر) تقسیم شدند. مداخله آموزشی طی سه جلسه 60 دقیقه‌ای انجام شد. اطلاعات از طریق تکمیل پرسش‌نامه (حاوی 64 سؤال) طی مصاحبه مستقیم قبل از مداخله آموزشی و سه ماه بعد از آن، جمع‌آوری گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون مجذور کای، آزمون دقیق فیشر، tمستقل و t زوجی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: پس از مداخله، نمرات آگاهی در گروه مداخله در مقایسه با گروه شاهد افزایش یافت (001/0 >p). حساسیت درک شده، شدت درک شده، منافع و موانع درک شده، راهنما برای عمل و خودکارآمدی نیز پس از مداخله در گروه مداخله در مقایسه با شاهد افزایش نشان داد (001/0>p)، ولی در گروه شاهد افزایشی نداشته و اختلاف معنی‌داری مشاهده نگردید. همچنین میانگین فشارخون سیستولیک و دیاستولیک در گروه مداخله به طور معنی‌داری در مقایسه با گروه شاهد کاهش یافت (05/0>p).<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: مدل باور بهداشتی در آموزش بیماران مبتلا به فشارخون مؤثر بود. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌گردد در کنار روش‌های آموزش سنتی از مدل باور بهداشتی نیز استفاده گردد.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: فشارخون بالا، مدل باور بهداشتی، آموزش بهداشت<o:p />         Background and Objectives: Patients play a major role in controlling and treatment of hypertension. Therefore, to be aware of different aspects of this disease is very important for these patients. This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the Hygienic Belief Model (HBM) on the health education of patients with hypertension.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: This study was an educational trial. Two hundred hypertensive patients attending health centers in Bam city, were selected to participate in this study (100 in intervention group and 100 in control group). The educational intervention was conducted during three 60-minute sessions. Data were collected by a validity and reliability questionnaire containing(64 questions) before educational intervention and three months after it. Data was analysed by chi-square, Fisher's exact, paired t-test and independent t-test.<o:p /> Results: After intervention, knowledge scores increased in the intervention group compared to the control group (p<0.001). Perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived benefits and barriers, cues in order to action, and self-efficacy significantly increased in the intervention group compared to the control one (p<0.001). But, there was no addition or significant difference in the control group. Also systolic and diastolic blood pressures significantly decreased in the intervention group compared to the control one (p<0.05).<o:p /> Conclusion: HBM was effective in educating hypertensive patients.
