fa مقایسه آزمایشگاهی میزان پلیمریزاسیون کامپوزیت رزین P60 در زمان‌های نوردهی مختلف با دو دستگاه نوردهی Laboratory Comparison of Polymerization Rate of P60 Resin Composite during Different Curing Time by Two Light Curing Units: An in vitro Study دندان پزشكي دندان پزشكي پژوهشي Research  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absolute left:0text-align:leftmargin-left:2.45ptmargin-top:1.4ptwidth:449.5pt height:357.75ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="479" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: کارآیی کامپوزیت رزین‌های نوری وابسته به میزان پلیمریزاسیون آنهاست. حداقل زمان کیورینگ برای پلیمریزاسیون مطلوب٤٠ ثانیه است. شرکت سازنده کامپوزیت رزین P60 کاهش زمان کیورینگ را از مزایای این کامپوزیت رزین ذکر کرده است. از آنجایی که افزایش طول عمر دستگاه‌های نوردهی و کاهش زمان درمان در دندانپزشکی کودکان مهم می‌باشد، بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه میزان پلیمریزاسیون کامپوزیت رزین P60 در بازه‌های زمانی ٢٠ و ٤٠ ثانیه با دستگاه‌های لایت کیور هالوژنه و Light emitting diode (LED) انجام گردید.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه آزمایشگاهی ٤٠ دیسک کامپوزیت رزین به قطر پنج و ضخامت دو میلی‌متر تهیه گردید. نمونه‌ها به صورت تصادفی به چهار گروه ده‌تایی تقسیم شدند. گروه اول و دوم به ترتیب به مدت٢٠ و ٤٠ ثانیه با دستگاه ‌هالوژن کیور شدند. گروه سوم و گروه چهارم نیز به ترتیب به مدت 20 و 40 ثانیه با دستگاه LED کیور گردیدند. سپس درجه پلیمریزاسیون نمونه‌ها با دستگاه اسپکتروسکوپی اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌ها توسط آزمون واریانس دوطرفه تجزیه و تحلیل شدند (05/0=α). <o:p /> یافته‌ها: آزمون واریانس دوطرفه نشان داد که صرف نظر از نوع دستگاه لایت کیور، میزان پلیمریزاسیون به طور معنی‌داری در زمان ٤٠ ثانیه بیشتر از ٢٠ ثانیه بود. همچنین میزان پلیمریزاسیون به طور معنی‌داری در دستگاه‌هالوژن بیشتر از دستگاه LED بود. با این وجود در هر دو دستگاه، میزان پلیمریزاسیون در زمان 20 ثانیه قابل قبول بود.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: با در نظر گرفتن محدودیت‌های یک مطالعه آزمایشگاهی، به نظر می‌رسد صرف نظر از نوع دستگاه لایت کیور، زمان تابش 20 ثانیه‌ای برای کیور کردن کامپوزیت رزین P60 کافی باشد. <o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: کامپوزیت رزین، میزان پلیمریزاسیون، درجه تبدیل رزین p60 <o:p /> Background and Objective: Performance of resin composites depend on their polymerization rate. Minimum curing time to achieve desired polymerization rate is 40 seconds. P60 resin composite manufacturer has claimed reduced curing time as one of the advantages of this resin composite. Since increasing the lifetime of light curing unit and reducing the treatment period is important in pediatric dentistry, however the aim of this study was to compare the polymerization rate of P60 resin composite with 20 and 40 seconds intervals by Halogen and LED curing units.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: In this in vitro study, 40 disks from resin composite were provided with 5-mm diameter and 2-mm thickness. The samples were randomly divided into four groups each containing ten disks. The specimens of the first and second groups were cured for 20 and 40 seconds by Halogen units, respectively. Also, the third and fourth groups were cured by LED for 20 and 40 seconds, respectively. Polymerization rate was evaluated by spectroscopy device. Data were analyzed using two way ANOVA (α=0.05).<o:p /> Results: Two-way ANOVA test showed that regardless of the type of device, the polymerization rate was significantly higher at 40 seconds compared to 20 seconds. Also, the polymerization rate by Halogen units was meaningfully higher than the LED units.
