fa بررسی وزن هنگام تولد در نوزادان زنده متولد شده از مادران با سابقه و بدون سابقه ابتلاء به بیماری زمینه‌ای در زایشگاه نیک نفس شهرستان رفسنجان در سال 1390 Survey of Birth Weight in Newborns among Mothers with and Without a Common Underlying Disease in Rafsanjan Niknafs Maternity in 2011-2012 آمار و اپيدميولوژي Statistics& Epidemiology پژوهشي Research  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style="position: absolute left: 0px text-align: left margin-left: 2.45pt margin-top: 1.4pt width: 449.5pt height: 363.6pt z-index: -1 " arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"> </w:wrap></v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="487" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: وزن هنگام تولد، به عنوان مهم‌ترین شاخص سلامت نوزادان در هنگام تولد می‌باشد و این شاخص حیاتی رابطه مستقیمی با سلامت مادر دارد. از این رو، شناخت بیماری‌های مادر می‌تواند عامل مؤثری در برقراری وزن ایده‌آل نوزاد باشد. لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط بیماری‌های زمینه‌ای مادر با وزن هنگام تولد صورت گرفته است.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی بر روی نوزادان متولد شده زایشگاه نیک نفس رفسنجان در سال 1390 صورت گرفت. معیارهای ورود به مطالعه شامل نژاد ایرانی، تولد زنده، سن حاملگی بالای 22 هفته و وزن تولد بالای 500 گرم بود. اطلاعات توسط چک لیست جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری t مستقل، مجذور کای، آزمون دقیق فیشر، آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه تجزیه و تحلیل شد.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: در نمونه مورد بررسی، 4193 (6/83%) مادر سالم و 825 (4/16%) مادر دارای بیماری زمینه‌ای بودند. میانگین و انحراف معیار سن در مادران سالم 14/5 ± 37/27 و در مادران بیمار 59/5 ± 99/29 سال بود (001/0p<). بین بیماری‌های زمینه‌ای مادر با وزن هنگام تولد رابطه آماری معنی‌داری مشاهده گردید، به طوری که بیش‌وزنی در نوزادان مادران سالم 89 (2/2%)، دیابتی 25 (8/5%)، مبتلا به پرفشاری خون 10 (4/4%) و مادرانی که بیش از یک بیماری داشتند 4 (8/5%) مشاهده گردید و این اختلاف از نظر آماری معنی‌دار بود (001/0p<). همچنین، کم‌وزنی در مادران سالم، دیابتی، پرفشاری خون و مادرانی که بیش از یک بیماری داشتند به ترتیب 3/6%، 9/4%، 8/17%، 2/7% بود (001/0p<).<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به شیوع بالای اختلال وزن در رفسنجان و تأثیر شدید بیماری‌های مادر بر این شاخص مهم بهداشتی، لزوم شناسایی و مراقبت‌های کنترلی ویژه حین بارداری برای مادران از اهمیت به‌سزایی برخوردار است.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: دیابت بارداری، پرفشاری خون، کم‌کاری تیروئید، وزن هنگام تولد<o:p />   Background and Objective: Birth weight is the most important indicator of infant’s health and this critical index is directly related to mother's health. Hence, knowledge of maternal diseases could be considered as an effective factor in maintaining infant ideal weight. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the association between maternal diseases and birth weight.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was conducted on Rafsanjan-Niknafs maternity in 2011-2012. The inclusion criteria were being Iranian, live births, gestational age of 22 weeks and above and birth weight of >500 g. Data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed by statistical tests including independent t-test, chi-square test, Fisher's exact test, one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression.<o:p /> Results: In given sample, 4193 mothers were healthy (83.6%) and 825 mothers had underlying diseases (16.4%). The average and standard deviation of age in healthy and sick mothers were 27.37 ± 5.14 and 29.99 ± 5.59 years old, respectively (p<0.001).
