fa مقایسه سلامت روان دانشجویان سال‌های اول و آخر دانشکده پرستاری، مامایی و پیراپزشکی رفسنجان بر اساس آزمون SCL90 در سال 1391 Comparison of the Mental Health Status of First- and last-year students of Nursing, Midwifery and Paramedical Faculty of Rafsanjan based on SCL90 in 2012 روانپزشكي Psychiatry توصيفي Description  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absolute left:0text-align:leftmargin-left:2.45ptmargin-top:1.4ptwidth:449.5pt height:377ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="505" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: سلامت روان یکی از ابعاد مهم سلامتی محسوب می‌شود. سلامت روانی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی به لحاظ مرتبط بودن آن‌ها با سلامت جسم و روان انسان‌ها، از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه سلامت روان دانشجویان سال‌های اول و آخر دانشکده پرستاری، مامایی و پیراپزشکی رفسنجان انجام شد.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، کلیه دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی که در نیمسال اول سال تحصیلی 1392-1391، دانشجوی سال اول یا آخر بودند، بررسی شدند. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه دموگرافیک و پرسش‌نامه استاندارد SCL90 جمع‌آوری گردید. با توجه به نمره قابل اکتساب (332-0)، وضعیت سلامت روانی در چهار طبقه: فاقد اختلال روانی (84-0)، اختلال روانی خفیف (168-85)، متوسط (253- 169)، و شدید (332-254) طبقه‌بندی گردید. در ﻫﺮ یک از ابعاد، میانگین نمره 1-0، 2- 01/1، 3- 01/2 و 4- 01/3 به ترتیب به عنوان فاقد اختلال، اختلال خفیف، متوسط و شدید در نظر گرفته شد. اطلاعات توسط آمارهای توصیفی، آزمون دقیق فیشر، t مستقل و مجذور کای تجزیه و تحلیل گردیدند.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: تعداد دانشجویان شرکت‌کننده در مطالعه 250 نفر بود. میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره سلامت روان دانشجویان مورد بررسی 20/46±13/65 به طوری که در دانشجویان سال اول 54/50±56/71 و در دانشجویان سال آخر 65/29±41/50 محاسبه گردید (001/0=p). شایع‌ترین اختلالات روانی در دانشجویان، افکار پارانوئیدی، وسواس اجباری و حساسیت در روابط بین فردی و ارتباط جنسیت با سلامت روان معنی‌دار بود (031/0=p).<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: دانشجویان سال اول نسبت به دانشجویان سال آخر، و دانشجویان دختر نسبت به دانشجویان پسر نیاز به حمایت بیشتری جهت ارتقاء وضعیت سلامت روان دارند. این امر اتخاذ تدابیری جهت شناخت عوامل مؤثر در بروز اختلالات روانی و بکارگیری اقداماتی جهت برطرف کردن آن‌ها را ضروری می‌سازد. <o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: سلامت روان، دانشجویان، SCL90، سال اول، سال آخر<o:p /> Background and ObjectiveS: Mental health is one of the important factors of health. The mental health of medical students is important as it relates to general health of people. The current study aimed to compare the mental health of first-year and last-year of nursing and midwifery faculty students.<o:p /> Materials and methods: In this descriptive study all the students who had been enrolled in 2012- 2013 entered the study. The data were gathered using the standard SCL 90 questionnaire. Demographic information was also gathered. Considering the acquisition of 0-332 scores, the mental health was categorized as: no mental disorder (0-84), low mental disorder (85-168), medium mental disorder (169-253) and high mental disorder (254-332). In each dimension, the mean score of 0-1, 1.01-2, 2.01-3 and 3.01-4 respectively considered as no impairment, mild impairment, moderate, and severe.The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Fisher's exact test, independent t test and chi-square test.<o:p /> Results: Two hundred and fifty students participated in this study. The mean and standard deviation of the mental health of the students were 65.13±46.20 in first-year students 71.56±50.54 and in last-year students 50.41±29.65 (p=0.001). The most prevalent disorders were paranoid delusion, obsessive compulsive disorder and sensitivity in interrelationships. The relationship between the gender and mental health was significant (p=0.031). <o:p /> Conclusion: The female first-year students need more support compared to the male last-year onse to improve their mental health.
