fa اندازه‌گیری کارایی فنی بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه با استفاده از روش ناپارامتریک تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها (DEA) 1390-1384 Measuring the Technical Efficiency of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences Hospitals, Using Data Envelopment Analysis Method (DEA): 2005-2011 (Nonparametric Approach) مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي پژوهشي Research  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absoluteleft:0text-align:left margin-left:5.45ptmargin-top:-.15ptwidth:449.5ptheight:413.45ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="553" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: بیمارستان یکی از مهم‌ترین واحدهای اقتصادی در نظام سلامت هر کشوری است. لذا تمرکز بخش مهمی از مطالعات اقتصادی مربوط به خدمات سلامت بر بیمارستان، ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. هدف این مطالعه بررسی کارآیی بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه با استفاده از روش تحلیل فراگیر داده‌ها (DEA) Data Envelopment Analysis می‌باشد.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی از داده‌های پانل استفاده شد و داده‌های مورد نیاز با استفاده از چک ‌لیست از بیمارستان‌های موردنظر جمع‌آوری گردید. برای اندازه‌گیری کارایی فنی بیمارستان‌ها از روش تحلیل فراگیر داده‌ها مبتنی بر نهاده استفاده شده است. متغیرهای نهاده (درون داد، منابع) شامل تعداد پزشک، تعداد پرستار، سایر پرسنل، تعداد تخت فعال و متغیرهای ستانده (برون داد، محصول) شامل پذیرش سرپایی، پذیرش بستری، تخت روز اشغالی و تعداد عمل جراحی بود. داده‌های حاصل از مطالعه با استفاده از روش تحلیل فراگیر داده‌ها آنالیز شده است. <o:p /> یافته‌ها: میانگین کارایی فنی بیمارستان‌های مورد مطالعه 92/0 است. بنابراین ظرفیت ارتقای کارایی (به میزان 8%) در بیمارستان‌های مورد بررسی، بدون هیچ‌گونه افزایشی در هزینه‌ها و به کارگیری همان میزان از منابع وجود دارد. همچنین، بازدهی نسبت به مقیاس در این مطالعه ثابت بوده است، به طوری که 1% افزایش در مقدار بکارگیری کلیه منابع توسط بیمارستان‌ها، سبب 1% افزایش در ارایه خدمات آنها می‌شود.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: بیمارستان‌هایی که کارایی کمتری داشته‌اند، برای افزایش کارایی خود می‌توانند از بیمارستان‌های کارا و مرجع الگوبرداری کنند. مسئولین دانشگاه می‌توانند از رتبه کارایی بیمارستان‌ها برای بودجه‌ریزی و تأمین اعتبارات بیمارستان‌ها استفاده نمایند. <o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: کارایی فنی، روش تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها، بیمارستان<o:p /> Background and Objective: Hospital is one of the most important economic units of health system in every country. So, focusing on hospital in health care economic studies is necessary. The aim of this study was to measure the technical efficiency of Kermanshah University of medical sciences hospitals by using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study panel data was used and data was collected from hospitals by a checklist. Input-oriented Data Envelopment Analysis method was used to measure the technical efficiency. Input variables include: the number of physicians, nurses, and other personnel and also active beds, while outpatient and inpatient admission, occupied bed-day, and the number of surgical operations were considered as the output variables. Data were analyzed by Deap-2.1 software using data envelopment analysis method.<o:p /> Results: The average of the technical efficiency of the hospitals was 0.92. This finding means that there is a potential capacity for improving hospital's efficiency (8%), without any increasing in costs or resources. Also, there were constant returns to scale in the study, therefore 1% increase in the use of all resources by hospitals, resulting in 1% increase in the services providing. <o:p /> Conclusion: The hospitals that have had lesser efficiency can improve their efficiency by applying experiences of efficient hospitals.
