fa استانداردی برای گزارش صحت آزمون‌های تشخیصی A Standard for the Reporting of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي كاربردي Applicable  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style="position: absolute left: 0px text-align: left margin-left: 5.45pt margin-top: -0.15pt width: 449.5pt height: 357.7pt z-index: -1 " arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"> </w:wrap></v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="479" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> مهمترین هدف پژوهش‌های بالینی، انتشار نتایج به منظور ارتقای سلامت انسان‌ها است. در صورتی که نتایج، مورد پذیرش جامعه علمی متخصص قرار گیرد، هدف محقق در ارتقای سلامت به نتیجه خواهد رسید. اما انتشار مقاله، بیانگر پذیرش جامعه علمی نیست و برای چنین امری لازم است پژوهش در چهارچوب علمی تأیید شده انجام گیرد. باتوجه به گسترش مطالعه‌های پژوهشی بالینی، متخصصین اقدام به ارائه دستورالعمل‌هایی با هدف استاندارد و علمی‌سازی گزارش پژوهش‌های پزشکی نمودند. پژوهش‌های مرتبط با آزمون‌های تشخیصی، از جمله مهمترین مطالعه‌های پزشکی به شمار می‌روند، چرا که تشخیص بسیاری از بیماری‌ها در آزمایشگاه‌های میکروب‌شناسی، ایمنی‌شناسی، پاتولوژی، مراکز تصویر برداری و به واسطه ابزارها و روش‌هایی انجام می‌گیرد که در نتیجه مطالعه‌های آزمون‌های تشخیصی، حاصل شده‌اند. تشخیص زود هنگام بیماری از یک سو منجر به تسریع درمان و کنترل عوارض بیماری شده و از دیگر سو منجر به کنترل و مهار انتشار عوامل بیماری‌زا از بیمار به دیگر افراد می‌گردد. به عبارت دیگر می‌توان گفت نتیجه پیامدهای منتج از تشخیص زود هنگام بیماری‌ها، در نهایت منجر به ارتقای سلامت جامعه می‌گردد.<o:p /> با مدنظر قرار دادن این نکته که ایران در جایگاه بیست و هفتم کشور پیشرو در ارتباط با انتشار مجله‌های علمی‌مرتبط با آزمون‌های تشخیصی قرار دارد و بنابر اهمیت استانداردسازی طراحی پژوهش و در نهایت گزارش مطالعه‌های آزمون‌های تشخیصی، این مقاله برای اولین بار در کشور، با هدف معرفی کامل بیانیه استانداردی برای گزارش صحت آزمون‌های تشخیصیSTAndards for the Reporting of Diagnostic accuracy studies (STARD) برای پژوهشگران ایران به رشته تحریر درآمده است.<o:p /> The most important goal of clinical researches is publishing the results in order to improve human health. If the results will be accepted by the scientific community, researcher aim would be achieved at improving public health. A published article does not guarantee the acceptance of its findings by the scientific community, hence, research should be done by considering a scientific plan. Due to the increasing amount of research studies, experts attempted to provide guidelines for standardization of a piece of scientific medical research.<o:p /> Researches related to the diagnostic tests, are important studies in medical sciences, it is because of their critical role in detection of many diseases by using laboratory processes such as microbiology, immunology, pathology, etc. Early diagnosis of diseases results in developing the treatment process and therefore controlling and inhibiting the spread of pathogens from patients to others.<o:p /> With regard to the fact that Iran placed among the 30 countries leading in publication of scientific journals related to diagnostic tests and according to important role of standardization of research design and final report of diagnostic tests, the present study was performed to introduce the STandards for the Reporting of Diagnostic accuracy studies (STARD).<o:p />   Funding: This research was funded by Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences.<o:p /> Conflict of interest: None declared.<o:p /> Ethical approval: The Ethics Committee of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences approved the study. <o:p />   <p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: left line-height: 140% background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white vertical-align: top direction: ltr unicode-bidi: embed ">How to cite this article: Jalalpour Sh, Assar Sh, Ayoubi F, Rahmani MR, Rezaeian M.
