fa روند و تعیین‌کننده‌های شاخص مرگ و میر کودکان زیر یک سال استان فارس طی سال‌های 1380 تا 1390 Trends and Determinants of Infant Mortality Rate in Fars Province during 2001-2011 بهداشت Environmental Health كاربردي Applicable  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style="position: absolute left: 0px text-align: left margin-left: 5.45pt margin-top: -0.1pt width: 449.5pt height: 364.45pt z-index: -1 " arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"> </w:wrap></v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="488" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: مرگ کودکان زیر یک سال یا به عبارت دیگر مرگ و میر نوزادی یکی از مهم‌ترین شاخص‌هایی است که وضعیت بهداشت و سلامت در جامعه را نشان می‌دهد. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی مرگ و میر نوزادان استان فارس طی سال‌های 1380 الی 1390 و تاثیر عوامل اقتصادی- اجتماعی مؤثر بر آن انجام گرفته است. <o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: رویکرد مطالعه حاضر کمی است که با تحلیل داده های ثانویه (Secondary Analysis) انجام گرفته است. مطالعه بر اساس داده‌های ثبت مرگ وزارت بهداشت و داده‎های بررسی سلامت و جمعیت و سرشماری 1390 انجام گرفته است. برای تحلیل‌های تبیینی از مدل رگرسیون لجستیک استفاده شده است.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: شاخص مرگ کودکان زیر یک سال استان با روندی رو به کاهش از سطح 9/15 نفر در هزار تولد زنده در سال 1380 به سطح 7/13 نفر در هزار تولد زنده در سال 1390 رسیده است. متغیرهای پیش‌بینی‌کننده شامل تجربه‌ مرده‌زایی، شاخص بهداشت واحد مسکونی، تحصیلات مادر، سن مادر در هنگام ازدواج و سن مادر در هنگام زایمان تأثیرات معنادار و پایداری را بر مرگ و میر نوزادان داشته‌اند (05/0p≤).<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج، حدود 8/13% کاهش در شاخص استانی مرگ نوزادان طی سال‌های1390-1380 مشاهده می‌شود. اگر چه رسیدن مرگ و میر نوزادان به سطوح خیلی پایین پیشرفت‌های بعدی را سخت‌تر می‌کند اما اقداماتی در خصوص ارتقای کیفیت آموزش به مادران جوان و افزایش آگاهی آنان و ارتقای کیفیت مراقبت‌های مادران، خصوصاً مادرانی که تجربه مرده‌زایی داشته و یا در سنین پایین ازدواج نموده‌اند، مثمر ثمر خواهد بود.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: مرگ و میر، نوزادی، اوان تولد، عوامل اقتصادی- اجتماعی<o:p /> Background and Objective: Infant mortality rate (IMR) is one of the most important sensitive indicators of the socio economic and health status of a community.<span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height: 150% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif color: windowtext background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white "> The aim of this study is to investigate the infant mortality rate (IMR) during 2001-2011 in Fars province and study socio economic factors that influence IMR.<o:p /> Materials and Method: This is a quantitative study. Data was gathered from death registration of Ministry of Health (2001-2011), National Organization for Civil Registration and DHS (2000). In model development, logistic regression was utilized to determine the significance of socioeconomic indicators on IMR. <o:p /> Results: According to death registration data,total IMR has been declining from 15.9 per 1000 live birth in 2001 to 13.7 in 1000 live birth in 2011. The result of logistic regression analysis showed that a positive significant relation (p ≤ 0.05) exists between IMR and predictive variables such as mother's age at birth, experience of still-birth, experience of abortion, number of children and a negative significant relation (p ≤ 0.05) exists between IMR and variables including parental education, mother's age at marriage, health index, settlement, and economic index.<o:p /> Conclusion: As study indicated, 13.8 % decline was registered for the decade (2001-2011). The next improvements are mall due to stochastic levels of infant mortality.
