که به صورت نمونهگیری خوشهای انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در گروه آزمایش و کنترل

and Methods:</span></b><span lang="EN" style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif "> This study </span><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif ">is
an educational trial</span><span lang="EN" style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif ">. </span><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif ">The
statistical sample of the research included 30 female </span><span lang="EN" style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif ">medical
staff in hospitals </span><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif ">who
were selected through cluster sampling and </span><span lang="EN" style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif ">divided randomly
into control and experimental groups. The research instrument was a Bell's
adjustment questionnaire. It should be noted that the subjects with lower
scores on test of Bell's adjustment questionnaire, are more adjustable and vice
versa. Data were analyzed using <span class="hps">descriptive statistics</span>, <span class="hps">t-</span>dependent <span class="hps">(Paired <i>t</i>- Test)</span></span><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif ">,

and standard deviation of the post-test (14.47±1.35) versus pre-test scores (19.20±1.41)

showed that stress management training is effective on social adjustment, as

management training programs to improve the adjustment of components in various
