fa عواطف مادری و الگوی تغذیه شیرخواران آنها در مراجعه کنندگان به مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی شهرستان رفسنجان در سال 1390 Maternal Affectivity and their Infants Feeding Pattern among Referrers to Health Care Centers in Rafsanjan in 2011 پرستاري Nursing پژوهشي Research  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absoluteleft:0text-align:left margin-left:5.45ptmargin-top:-.1ptwidth:449.5ptheight:364.7ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="488" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" >چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: برای برخی از مادران، تداوم شیردهی تا 6 ماه ممکن است با چالش‌هایی همراه باشد. احتمال می‌رود خصوصیات شخصیتی مادران از جمله عواطف آنها، در این فرایند نقش تعیین کننده‌ای داشته باشد. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین عواطف مادری و الگوی تغذیه شیرخواران آنها در مراجعه کنندگان به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرستان رفسنجان می‌باشد.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی، 412 زن شیرده دارای شیرخوار شش ماهه، از لیست متولدین 6 ماه گذشته هر مرکز به روش تصادفی سیستماتیک انتخاب و سپس عواطف مادری و الگوی شیردهی آنان از طریق مصاحبه با مادران در پرسش‌نامه‌های استانداردWatson's PANAS-X و پژوهشگر ساخته، وارد گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری مجذور کای، t مستقل، دقیق فیشر و آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه تجزیه و تحلیل شد.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: در کل میزان 6 ماه تغذیه انحصاری با شیر مادر 5/69% بود. میانگین و انحراف معیار نمرات عواطف مثبت و منفی مادران به ترتیب 12/8±12/30 و 73/7±34/18 به دست آمد. مادران نوزادان نارس، دارای میانگین نمره عواطف منفی بالاتر (042/0=p) و مادرانی که نوزادشان را شش ماه انحصاراً با شیر خود تغذیه کرده بودند دارای میانگین نمره عواطف منفی پایین‌تری بودند (005/0=p). همچنین، میانگین نمره عواطف مثبت مادرانی که اولین تغذیه نوزادشان را در طی یک ساعت اول بعد از تولد شروع کرده بودند بالاتر بود (040/0=p).<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: عواطف منفی مادران ممکن است به عنوان یک عامل پیش‌گویی‌کننده عملکرد آنان در شیردهی مطرح باشد.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: عواطف مادری، عواطف منفی، عواطف مثبت، الگوی شیر‌دهی، شیرخواران 6 ماهه Background and Objective:<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white background-position: initial initial background-repeat: initial initial "> Continuity of breast-feeding up to 6 months may be associated with some challenges for some mothers. Probably, the maternal personal characteristics such as their emotions can change the breast-feeding patterns. The aim of this study was to determine maternal affectivity and the pattern of breast-feeding.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, affectivity and beast-feeding patterns of 412 mothers was surveyed by Watson's PANAS-X and researcher made questionnaires and through face to face interviews. Systematic random sampling was done by using health care centers list in last 6 months. Data was analyzed using chi-square test, t-test, Fisher's exact and one way ANOVA test.<o:p /> Results: Overall 69.5% mothers had exclusive breast-feeding for 6 months. Mothers who had preterm infants had higher mean score of negative affectivity (p=0.042) and those who had exclusively breast-feeding had lower mean score of negative affectivity (p=0.005).
