fa بررسی رابطه سبک‌های دلبستگی و استحکام من با سازگاری با ناباروری در زنان مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه ناباروری مرکز تحقیقات بهداشت باروری ولیعصر (بیمارستان امام خمینی تهران) در سال 1393 Investigation of the Relationship between Attachment Styles and Ego-Strength with Adjustment to Infertility in Women Referring to Valie-Asr Reproductive Health Research Centre (Tehran Imam Khomeini Hospital) in 2014 روانپزشكي Psychiatry پژوهشي Research  gte vml 1]><v:roundrect id="_x0000_s1026" style='position:absoluteleft:0text-align:left margin-left:5.45ptmargin-top:-.1ptwidth:449.5ptheight:340.15ptz-index:-1' arcsize="1475f"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"/> </v:roundrect><img alt="AWT IMAGE" width="602" height="455" src="file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif" v:shapes="_x0000_s1026" ><div style="direction: rtl ">چکیده</div> زمینه و هدف: نا باروری تجربه‌ای استرس‌زا برای زنان است که نیاز به سازگاری هیجانی بالایی دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه استحکام من و سبک‌های دلبستگی با سازگاری با ناباروری در زنان انجام شد. <o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی است. تعداد ۳۴۶ زن نابارور مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه ناباروری مرکز تحقیقات بهداشت باروری ولیعصر (بیمارستان امام خمینی تهران) در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، مقیاس دلبستگی بزرگسال (AAI)، مقیاس استحکام من (ESS) و مقیاس سازگاری با بیماری (AIS) به دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام استفاده شد.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: بین سبک دلبستگی ایمن و سازگاری با ناباروری همبستگی مثبت معنادار (05/0p<، 12/0=r) و بین سازگاری با ناباروری و دلبستگی اجتنابی (01/0p<، 21/0-=r) و دلبستگی دوسوگرا همبستگی منفی معنادار (01/0p<، 37/0-=r) وجود داشت. همچنین، بین استحکام من و سازگاری با ناباروری همبستگی مثبت (01/0p<، 41/0=r) وجود داشت. بین تعداد درمان‌های دریافت شده با سازگاری با ناباروری نیز همبستگی منفی معنادار (01/0p<، 35/0-=r) وجود داشت. در تحلیل رگرسیون، استحکام من، سبک دلبستگی دوسوگرا و تعداد درمان‌های دریافت شده پیش‌بینی کننده 35% از واریانس سازگاری با ناباروری بودند. <o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند در شناسایی افراد در معرض خطر و طراحی مداخلات روانشناختی مفید باشد.<o:p /> <div style="direction: rtl ">واژه‌های کلیدی: ناباروری، دلبستگی، استحکام من، سازگاری</div> Background and Objective:<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif background-image: initial background-attachment: initial background-origin: initial background-clip: initial background-color: white background-position: initial initial background-repeat: initial initial "> Infertility is a stressful experience for women which require high levels of emotional adjustment. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between attachment styles and ego-strength with adjustment to infertility in women. <o:p /> Materials and Methods: The design of the present study was descriptive. A total number of 346 women referring to infertility clinic of Valie-asr Reproductive Health Research Centre (Tehran Imam Khomeini Hospital) participated in the study. Data was collected via demographic information questionnaire, Adult Attachment Inventory (AAI), Ego-Strength Scale (ESS) and Adjustment to Illness Scale (AIS). <o:p /> Results: There were significant positive correlation between secure attachment style and adjustment to infertility (r=0.12, p<0/05) and significant negative correlation between adjustment to infertility and avoidant attachment style (r=-0.21, p<0/01) and ambivalent attachment style (r=-0.37, p<0.01). There were also significant positive correlation between ego-strength and adjustment to infertility (r=0.41, p<0.01). Many of the treatments also had significant negative correlation with adjustment to infertility (r= -0.35, p<0.01).
