fa بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر مصرف بهینه برق رایانه‌های شخصی در یک مرکز آموزش عالی در سال 1393: یک گزارش کوتاه Assessment of Affecting Factors on Personal Computers Power Consumption in an Academic Center in 2014: A Short Repor مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي پژوهشي Research چکیده<o:p /> زمینه و هدف: کمابیش 25% مصرف انرژی الکتریکی در یک ساختمان اداری ناشی از رایانه‌هاست. نظر به اهمیت اقتصادی صرفه‌جویی و بهینه‌سازی مصرف انرژی و از طرفی همسویی اقداماتی در این راستا با اهداف اقتصاد مقاومتی، در این پژوهش به بررسی برخی عوامل مؤثر بر مصرف برق در رایانه‌های شخصی کاربران یک دانشگاه پرداخته شد.<o:p /> مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش به صورت مقطعی در سال 1393 روی رایانه‌های شخصی گروهی از کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل انجام شد. داده‌ها با مراجعه حضوری، مصاحبه و مشاهده وضعیت رایانه‌ها و به کمک چک لیست محقق ساخته متناسب با اهداف پژوهش جمع‌آوری گردید. جهت پردازش داده‌ها از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی و آزمون آماری مجذور کای استفاده شد.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: از 232 کاربر، 212 نفر (4/91%) تحصیلاتی بالاتر از دیپلم داشتند. حدود 94% از رایانه‌ها به اینترنت متصل و 5/56% روزانه بیش از 5 ساعت مورد استفاده بودند. در مجموع 73% از رایانه‌ها دارای چاپگر، 61% بلندگو، و 25% اسکنر بودند. تنها 63 کاربر (2/27%) از سازوکارهای موجود در رایانه‌ها جهت کاهش مصرف برق آگاه بودند. بیش از نیمی از کارکنان (56%)، رایانه و دستگاه‌های جانبی را در پایان وقت اداری به گونه کامل خاموش می‌نمودند.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: علیرغم استفاده گسترده و طولانی مدت از رایانه ها، به نظر می‌رسد آگاهی کاربران دانشگاهی از سازوکارهای مربوط به کاهش مصرف برق اندک می‌باشد. تحت چنین شرایطی تحقق سیاست‌های اقتصاد مقاومتی مستلزم آموزش کارکنان و جلب مشارکت آنان می‌باشد.<o:p /> واژه‌های کلیدی: رایانه شخصی، بهینه سازی، مصرف برق، دانشگاه، اقتصاد مقاومتی<o:p /> Background and Objective: Computer is one of the most common office equipment that spends around 25% energy consumption in an administrative building. As an action toward resistive economy policy in saving energy, we conducted a study on affecting factors on personal computers (PCs) power consumption in an academic center.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: This research was a cross-sectional study among a group of staff in Babol University of Medical Sciences in 2014. The research population included all PC users in main part of Babol University of Medical Sciences. The data were collected by means of a researcher made data checklist through visiting, interviewing and observation. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics indexes and chi-square test.<o:p /> Results: Among 232 PC users, 212 (91.4%) were educated. Almost 94% of computers were connected to internet, and 56.5% were used more than 5 hours per day. 73%, 61%, and 25% of computers were equipped with printers, speakers and scanners, respectively. Only 63 (27.2%) of the users were familiar with the existing mechanisms of reducing power consumption in a computer. Finally, more than half of users (56%) were fully unplugging the computer and accessories at the end of work shift.<o:p /> Conclusion: Despite frequent and prolonged computer use by the users, it seems that an academic center staff knowledge about the mechanisms for reducing the power consumption is inadequate.
