fa پریزما؛ موارد ترجیحی در گزارش مقالات مروری منظم و فراتحلیل مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي مقاله مروري Review Article <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:2.85pt;"><strong>چکیده</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:2.85pt;"><strong>امروزه درک مرورهای نظام‌مند </strong>(<span dir="LTR">Systematic Reviews</span>) <strong>و فراتحلیل‌ها </strong><strong><span dir="LTR">(Meta-analye)</span></strong><strong> و چگونگی بکارگیری آنها در حیطه عمل، برای افراد مرتبط با سلامت جامعه ضروری است. در اکثر گزارش‌های پزشکی، استنادهایی به مرورها و بیانیه‌های مرتبط صورت می‌گیرد</strong> <strong>و لازم است صاحبنظران دانش سلامت با قواعد و چگونگی نوشتن آنها آشنا شوند. </strong>متخصصین بالینی و علوم پایه به منظور ارتقاء سطح آگاهی خود در زمینه‌های مورد نظر، مقالات مروری منظم و فراتحلیل‌ها را مورد مطالعه قرار می‌دهند و سازمان‌های ارائه‌دهنده تسهیلات پژوهشی، از این مقالات در جهت اطمینان و توجیه تحقیقات خود بهره می‌گیرند. تعدادی از مجله‌های فعال در زمینه‌های بهداشتی نیز نوشتارهای خود را بر این اساس تنظیم می‌کنند. همانند سایر پژوهش‌ها، ارزش مقالات مروری منظم و فراتحلیل‌ها در پاسخ به 3 پرسش می‌باشد:1- چه کاری انجام شده؟ 2- چه چیزی اثبات شده؟ و 3- نظم و ترتیب کار چه بوده است؟<strong> مرورهای نظام‌مند و فراتحلیل‌ها در حیطه علوم پایه پزشکی و بالینی می‌توانند در رفع معضلات نظام درمان و تدوین راهکارهایی برای جمع‌آوری و نتیجه‌گیری پژوهش‌های انجام شده در رابطه با یک موضوع</strong> <strong>یا سؤال خاص مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.</strong> <strong>دستورالعمل‌های تدوین شده در پریزما؛ موارد ترجیحی در گزارش مقالات مروری منظم و فراتحلیل‌ها، مشتمل بر چک‌لیست و نمودار جریانی می‌باشد. از همین رو، مقاله حاضر با هدف اطلاع‌رسانی به پژوهشگران فارسی زبان در خصوص بیانیه پریزما به رشته تحریر در آمده است.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:2.85pt;"><strong>واژه‌های کلیدی</strong>: <strong>مرور منظم، فراتحلیل، بیانیه پریزما، گزارش‌نویسی</strong></p> <p></p> <p><strong>Today, understanding of systematic reviews and meta-analyses and their practical use is essential </strong>for who concerned with society&#39;s health<strong>. Most of the medical reports invoked to these reviews and statements and it is necessary for scientific experts to be familiar with their performing rules and the way of their writing. The basic sciences specialists and clinical professionals study them to keep up the level of their knowledge on the fields of interest<span dir="RTL">.</span>These articles are often seen as the beginning of the developing clinical guidelines for organizations that provide facilities to carry out a research and it is used to verify and justify further investigation. Some of the journals in the field of health adjust their publishing to this direction. </strong><strong>Like other researches, Value of the systematic reviews and meta-analyses of the literature is to answer three questions: 1- what has been done? 2- what has been proven? and, 3- how has been it arranged? Systematic review and meta-analysis of basic sciences and clinical medicine could manage the problems of health system and formulate the guidelines for the collection and conclusions of the completed research, which is contributed to a specific subject or question. Guidelines developed at the PRISMA;</strong> Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses, included a checklist and a flow chart.
