fa ارتباط اعتیاد به اینترنت با سلامت عمومی در دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شاهرود در سال 1394: یک گزارش کوتاه مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:4.8pt;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:5.65pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:110%;"><br> <strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">چکیده</span></strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:4.75pt;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:7.1pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;text-autospace:none;"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></strong> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">استفاده بیش‌ازحد و نادرست از اینترنت، خطر اعتیاد به آن را به دنبال دارد. با</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">توجه به</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اینکه</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">دانشجویان</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">جهت</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">انجام</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">تکالیف، مطالعه</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">و</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">تحقیق، ساعات</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زیادی</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">را</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">به</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">استفاده</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">از</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اینترنت</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">می‌گذرانند، لذا</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">سلامت</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">عمومی</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">آنان</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">معرض</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">خطر می‌باشد. پژوهش</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">حاضر با</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">هدف تعیین ارتباط اعتیاد به اینترنت با سلامت عمومی در دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شاهرود در سال 1394 صورت گرفت.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:4.75pt;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:7.1pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;text-autospace:none;"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">این مطالعه مقطعی، 187 دانشجوی پرستاری مشغول به تحصیل </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در نیمسال دوم سال تحصیلی 94-1393 </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شاهرود مشارکت داشتند که به روش سرشماری اطلاعات آنها جمع‌آوری شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در این مطالعه سه پرسش‌نامه مشخصات</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">دموگرافیک، اعتیاد به اینترنت (</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Internet addiction test; IAT</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) و سلامت عمومی </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Goldberg</span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">(General health questionnaire; GHQ)</span></span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بود. </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">t</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مستقل و آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه و مجذور کای مورد تجزیه و</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:4.75pt;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:7.1pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">میانگین و انحراف معیار سنی دانشجویان شرکت‌کننده در این مطالعه 25/3&plusmn;63/21 سال بود. 4/52 درصد دانشجویان دختر و 8/89 درصد مجرد بودند. همچنین، میانگین و انحراف معیار ساعات استفاده از شبکه‌های اجتماعی در روز 14/1&plusmn;65/2 ساعت بود. بین سلامت عمومی و اعتیاد به اینرنت از نظر آماری ارتباط معناداری مشاهده شد (001/0</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">p<</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">)؛ به‌طوری‌که کاربران طبیعی اینترنت کمتر در معرض آسیب در حیطه‌های سلامت عمومی قرار داشتند.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:4.75pt;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:7.1pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">سلامت عمومی بیش از یک‌سوم دانشجویان در معرض خطر و آسیب دیده بود و با توجه به ارتباط آن با اعتیاد به اینترنت، مداخلات پیشگیرانه ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:4.75pt;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:7.1pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-autospace:none;"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">واژه‌های کلیدی: </span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اعتیاد به اینترنت، سلامت عمومی، دانشجویان پرستاری، شاهرود</span></p> <p align="center"></p> <p><strong>Background and Objective:</strong> The excessive and inappropriate use of the internet may lead to addiction. According to the fact that students spend many hours online to do their homework, study their lessons, and do research, their general health is in danger. This study aimed to determine the relationship between internet addiction and general health in Shahroud University of Medical Sciences in 2015.</p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this cross-sectional study, 187 nursing students were attending in second semester of 2014-2015 in Shahroud University of Medical Sciences. Data were collected through census method using three questionnaires including demographic characteristics, internet addiction test (IAT), and Goldberg general health questionnaire (GHQ). Data were analyzed using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and chi-square test.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The mean and standard deviation of age of students who participated in this study was 21.63&plusmn;3.25 years. Fifty two point four percent of the students were female and 89.8% were single. Also, the mean and standard deviation of the hours of using the social networks was 2.65&plusmn;1.14 per day.
