fa بررسی وضعیت قبل و بعد داروخانه‌های برون‌سپاری‌شده دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز در سال 1393: یک گزارش کوتاه مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي مديريت و اطلاع رساني پزشكي پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:.3in;"><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">چکیده</span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">برون‌سپاری به‌عنوان یکی از مفاهیم استراتژیک برای بهبود کیفیت خدمت‌رسانی و کاهش هزینه‌ها، به‌ویژه در بخش‌های سودآوری نظیر داروخانه‌ها، مطرح می‌باشد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی وضعیت قبل و بعد داروخانه‌های برون‌سپاری‌شده دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز انجام پذیرفت.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در این مطالعه مقطعی که از دیدگاه بخش دولتی در سال 1393 انجام شد،</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">9 شاخص نهایی با استفاده از مطالعات قبلی و تکنیک دلفی جهت بررسی وضعیت برون‌سپاری استخراج گردید. تمامی داروخانه‌های برون‌سپاری‌شده شامل 5 داروخانه در محدوده زمانی سال‌های 91-1389 از نظر شاخص‌های اقتصادی، دسترسی به خدمات و شاخص‌های کیفیت مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتایج به‌صورت آمارهای توصیفی (تعداد و درصد) گزارش گردید.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">پس از برون‌سپاری، در تمامی داروخانه‌ها به غیر از یک مورد، میزان زیان برای بخش دولتی کاهش، میزان سود و تعداد پرسنل افزایش داشته است. تعداد مراجعین پس از واگذاری برای تمامی واحدها افزایش یافته است. همچنین میزان رضایت بیمار در داروخانه‌های برون‌سپاری‌شده به‌صورت میانگین 2/73% و میزان رضایت کارفرما از پیمانکار 60% به دست آمد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بر اساس نتایج مطالعه واگذاری خدمات سلامت به‌صورت استیجاری برای داروخانه‌ها به‌عنوان یک استراتژی موفق اثربخش بوده است؛ به‌نحوی‌که اکثر واحدها با افزایش سود و ارتقاء شاخص‌های دسترسی همراه بوده‌اند. توصیه می‌شود مدیران و سیاست‌گذاران نظام سلامت، مکانیسم برون‌سپاری را به‌عنوان یک راهکار اصلاحی در نظام سلامت مورد توجه قرار دهند.</span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">واژه‌های کلیدی</span></span></span>: </strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">برون‌سپاری، شاخص، داروخانه</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">، </span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">شیراز</span></span></span></p> <strong>Background and Objectives:</strong> Outsourcing is one of the strategic concepts for improving the quality of service and reducing costs, especially in the units of profitability such as pharmacy. The aim of this study was to investigate the status before and after the outsourced pharmacies in the Shiraz University of Medical Sciences.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong><strong>:</strong> In this cross-sectional study, conducted from the perspective of the public sector in 2014, 9 final indicators were extracted using previous studies and Delphi technique to examine the status of outsourcing. All outsourced pharmacies, including 5 pharmacies during the period of 2008-2010 were considered for economic indicators, access to services, and quality indicators. The results were reported as descriptive statistics (number and percentage).<br> <strong>Results</strong><strong>:</strong> After outsourcing, in all pharmacies except for one, the losses for the public sector declined and the amount of profits and the number of personnel increased. The number of clients increased after outsourcing for all units. Also, the average levels of patients&rsquo; satisfaction and employer&rsquo;s satisfaction from contractor were 73.2% and 60%, respectively.<br> <strong>Conclusion<em>:</em></strong> According to the results, outsourcing health services for leased pharmacies has been an effective successful strategy, so that most of the units have been associated with increased profits and improved access indicators.
