اثر هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی با دمبل و تراباند بر ترکیب بدنی و قدرت عضلانی زنان چاق میانسال: یک مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی

<p dir="RTL"><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">چکیده</span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"></span></strong><br>
<strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">زمینه و هدف:</span></strong> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">ورزش ابزار مناسبی برای پیش­گیری از چاقی و سارکوپنی میباشد و تمرین قدرتی بهترین راه برای افزایش توده عضلانی است. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه تمرین مقاومتی با دمبل و تراباند بر ترکیب بدنی و قدرت عضلانی زنان میان­سال بود</span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">.</span></span><br>
<strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">مواد و روشها</span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">:</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> <span style="border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0cm;">در این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی،</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> ۲۷</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> زن غیرفعال سالم با اضافه وزن و چاق بهصورت تصادفی به سه گروه وزنه آزاد، مقاومتی با تراباند و کنترل تقسیم شدند. هر دو گروه تمرین مقاومتی چهار جلسه در هفته (<span style="border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0cm;">به مدت</span> هشت هفته) تمرین کردند. هر جلسه تمرین شامل </span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">ده</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> دقیقه گرم کردن، تمرینات منتخب با تراباند و وزنه آزاد و </span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">پنج</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> دقیقه سرد کردن بود. اجزاء ترکیب بدنی با روش</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">ها</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">ی استاندارد اندازهگیری شد و</span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> Repetition Maximum-1</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">(</span><span dir="LTR">RM-1</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">) برای آزمودن قدرت عضلانی به کار رفت</span><span dir="LTR">.</span> <span style="border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0cm;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">برای تحلیل داده­ها از آزمون­های آماری تحلیل واریانس </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">یک­طرفه<span style="border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0cm;">، آزمون تعقیبی </span></span><span dir="LTR">Tukey</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> <span style="border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0cm;">و هم چنین </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0cm;"> t</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">همبسته<span style="border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0cm;"> استفاده شد</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0cm;">.</span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"></span><br>
<strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">نتایج:</span></strong> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">با توجه به نتایج، بعد از مداخله تمرین، تفاوت معنیداری در درصد چربی، توده چربی کل بدن و توده بدون چربی کل بدن بین گروه کنترل و تمرینات مقاومتی وجود داشت (</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">05/0</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">p</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">)، اگرچه بین وزن بدن، شاخص توده بدنی، دور بازو، دور</span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">ران پا و دور کمر به لگن بین دو گروه تجربی و کنترل تفاوت معنی­داری مشاهده نشد (</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">05/0</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">< </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">p</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">)، اما در قدرت یک تکرار بیشینه بین گروه کنترل و تمرینات مقاومتی تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت (</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">05/0</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">> </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">p</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">).</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"></span></span><br>
