fa طراحی و آزمون الگویی از پیشایندهای علائم اختلالات خوردن در دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه اصفهان در سال 1396: یک مطالعه توصیفی روانپزشكي Psychiatry پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">چکیده</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اختلالات خوردن شامل طیف وسیعی از بیماری‌ها همراه با افزایش یا کاهش وزن هستند. پژوهش‌ها نشان می‌دهد که این اختلال از اواسط تا اواخر دوره نوجوانی (14 تا 18 سالگی) آغاز می‌گردد و هم‌چنین در جنس مؤنث شیوع بیش‌تری دارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی و آزمون الگویی از پیشایندهای علائم اختلالات خوردن در دانشجویان دختر &nbsp;مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه اصفهان در سال 1396 بود. </span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها</span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: در این پژوهش توصیفی، تعداد 497 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری چند مرحله&shy;ای از بین دانشجویان دختر مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه اصفهان در سال 1396 انتخاب شدند و به پنج مقیاس پژوهش پاسخ دادند. در الگوی پیشنهادی پژوهش کمال‌گرایی، باورهای مربوط به خوردن، نگرانی از تصویر بدنی و عزت نفس به عنوان متغیرهای پیشایند در نظر گرفته شد. برای آزمودن الگوی پیشنهادی پژوهش، از روش الگویابی معادلات ساختاری، با به کارگیری روش برآورد حداکثر درست‌نمایی استفاده شد. </span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: نتایج تحلیل‌ها نشان داد که شاخص برازش برای الگوی پژوهش در دامنه قابل قبولی قرار دارد. هم‌چنین این نتایج نشان داد که همه مسیرهای مستقیم در الگوی پژوهش از نظر آماری معنی‌دار می‌باشند </span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">(05/0</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;">></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">p</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">)</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">. نتایج حاصل از بررسی مسیرهای غیر مستقیم الگو پژوهش نیز از نظر آماری معنی‌دار هستند (</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">05/0<</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">p</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">). </span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: با توجه به نتایج، نحوه شکل‌گیری علائم اختلالات خوردن را از طریق مجموعه‌ای از متغیرهای شناختی و شخصیتی نشان می‌دهد. بنابراین در پیش‌گیری و برنامه‌ریزی برای درمان این بیماران توجه به مجموعه این عوامل ضروری به نظر می رسد.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">واژه‌های کلیدی</span></span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: الگویابی معادلات ساختاری، اختلالات خوردن، دانشجویان دختر، اصفهان</span></span></span></span> <strong>Background and Objectives:</strong> Eating disorders include a range of illnesses associated with weight gain or weight loss. Studies show that this disorder begins in the middle to late adolescence (14-18 years old) and is also more prevalent in female sex. The purpose of this study was designing and testing a model of antecedents of eating disorders symptoms in undergraduate female students of Isfahan University in 2017.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: In this descriptive study, 497 undergraduate female students of Isfahan University in 2017 were selected by multistage sampling method and responded to five research scales. In the research proposed model, eating disorder beliefs, perfectionism, self&ndash;esteem and body image concern were considered as the antecedent variables<span dir="RTL">.</span> To test the research conceptual model, structural equation modeling was applied using maximum likelihood estimation method.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results of the analysis showed that the fit indices for the research model were in an acceptable range. Also, these results showed that all direct paths in the research model were statistically significant (p&le;0.05). The results of studying the indirect paths of the research model were also statistically significant (p&le;0.05).<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: The results showed formation of eating disorder symptoms through cognitive and personality variables in an Iranian sample.
