other مقایسه تأثیر لیزر کم‌توان و فنوفورزیس هیدروکورتیزون 1% در درمان استئوآرتریت زانو ارتوپدي Orthopedy پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زانو بیشتر از مفاصل دیگر مبتلا به استئوآرتریت می‌شود. هدف این مطالعه مقایسه تأثیر لیزر کم‌توان و فنوفورزیس هیدروکورتیزون 1% در درمان استئوآرتریت زانو بود. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> این مطالعه به صورت کارآزمایی بالینی دوسو کور در درمانگاه فیزیوتراپی فاطمیه رفسنجان در سال 91-1390 انجام گرفت. نود بیمار مبتلاء به استئوآرتریت زانو به طور تصادفی به سه گروه مساوی 30 نفری تقسیم شدند و تحت بررسی سه روش لیزر، فنوفورزیس هیدروکوتیزون 1% و پلاسبو به مدت 10 جلسه قرار گرفتند. ارزیابی درد، التهاب و حرکات زانو از طریق مقیاس آنالوگ بصری، گونیامتر و متر نواری در طی جلسات اول، پنجم و دهم بررسی گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس دو طرفه با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و آزمون مقایسات زوجی توکی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که لیزر در مقایسه با فنوفورزیس هیدروکورتیزون 1% به مدت 10 جلسه در کاهش درد در حالت حرکت و استراحت زانو مؤثرتر بود (001/0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">p<</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">). در رابطه با بهبودی حرکات زانو، لیزر و فنوفورزیس هر دو مؤثرتر از پلاسبو بودند (001/0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">p<</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) ولی با هم تفاوت معنی‌دار نداشتند (869/0=</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">p</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">). لیزر(421/0=</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">p</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) و فنوفورزیس (713/0=</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">p</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) در کاهش التهاب زانو، مؤثرتر از پلاسبو نبودند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">از یافته‌های این مطالعه می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که لیزر به مدت 10 جلسه می‌تواند درد ناشی از استئوآرتریت زانو را در مقایسه با فنوفورزیس هیدروکورتیزون 1% کاهش دهد. ولی در بهبودی حرکات زانو هر دو روش (لیزر و فنوفورزیس) مؤثر بودند.</span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">واژه‌های کلیدی:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> لیزر کم‌توان، فنوفورزیس هیدروکورتیزون 1%، استئوآرتریت زانو، درمان</span></span></span> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Background and Objectives:</strong> Knee is affected to osteoarthritis more than any other joints. The aim of this study was to compare the effects of low power laser with %1 HcP in treatment of knee osteoarthritis.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This double blinded clinical trial study was performed in Fattemieh physiotherapy clinic of Rafsanjan during 2011-2012. Ninety patients who were suffering from osteoarthritis of knee were divided randomly into three equal groups. The first group received laser, the second group was treated by %1 HcP and the third group received placebo. Intensity of pain, improvement of movement and inflammation were assessed during 1st, 5th and 10th sessions. Pain intensity, movement and inflammation were evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), goniameter and meter, respectively. Data were analyzed using two-way repeated measures ANOVA, followed by Tukey&#39;s multiple comparisons test<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> Findings showed that 10 sessions of laser can be more effective than %1 HcP in reduction of pain in state of rest and movement of knee osteoarthritis (p<0.001). In relation to knee joint movements, laser and %1 HcP were more effective than placebo (p<0.001), but they did not reveal any significant difference.
