other اثرات ضد دردی و ضدالتهابی عصاره آبی - الکلی گیاه بیلهر (Dorema aucheri) با استفاده از تست فرمالین و مدل کاراژینان در موش صحرایی نر زيست شناسي زيست شناسي پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> با توجه به خواص عصاره‌های گیاهان خانواده چتریان، در این پژوهش به بررسی اثرات ضد دردی و ضد التهابی عصاره آبی &ndash; الکلی گیاه بیلهر پرداخته شده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در این مطالعه تجربی از 80 سر موش صحرایی نر بالغ از نژاد ویستار با وزن تقریبی 200-190 گرم استفاده شد که به 10 گروه 8 تایی تقسیم شدند. برای بررسی اثرات ضد دردی از تست فرمالین و برای بررسی اثر ضد التهابی از مدل کاراژینان ایجاد کننده ادم پا در موش‌ها استفاده گردید. همه حیوان‌ها با دوز‌های200،100 و&nbsp; 400 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم عصاره بیلهر از طریق دهانی پیش‌درمانی شدند. به گروه کنترل هیچ دارویی تجویز نشد و گروه شاهد فقط آب مقطر دریافت کرد. 5-0 و 60-16 دقیقه بعد از تزریق فرمالین به ترتیب به عنوان مراحل حاد و مزمن درد در نظر گرفته شد. حجم پای حیوان بلافاصله و 5/2 ساعت پس از تزریق کاراژینان توسط جیوه اندازه‌گیری گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری نتایج با استفاده از آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">ANOVA</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">t-test</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> انجام شد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد عصاره گیاه بیلهر به صورت وابسته به مقدار باعث کاهش معنی‌دار درد در مرحله حاد آزمون فرمالین</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">می‌شود در حالیکه در مرحله مزمن فقط با مقدار حداکثر، درد کاهش می‌یابد. هم‌چنین یافته‌ها نشان داد عصاره این گیاه با مقدار حداکثر موجب کاهش ادم پا در آزمون کاراژینان می‌گردد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">احتمالاً فلاوونوییدها با مهار فعالیت گیرنده‌های </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">N</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">- متیل &ndash; </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">D</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> -آسپارتات سبب کاهش کلسیم داخل سلولی می‌شوند و به دنبال آن فعالیت آنزیم سنتز کننده نیتریک اکساید و فسفو لیپاز </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">A₂</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> وابسته به کلسیم کاهش می‌یابد و اثرات ضد دردی بروز می‌کند. به نظر می‌رسد اثرات ضد التهابی عصاره گیاه بیلهر از طریق کاهش پروستاگلاندین‌ها صورت می‌گیرد. بنابراین نتایج حاصل می‌تواند موید اثرات ضد دردی و ضد التهابی گیاه فوق باشد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">واژه‌های کلیدی:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> درد، التهاب، بیلهر، موش صحرایی</span></span> <strong>The Effect of Antinociceptive and Anti inflammatory of Hydro &ndash;Alcohol<span dir="RTL"></span></strong><br> <strong>Extract of <em>Dorema aucheri</em> on FormalinTest and Carrageenan Model in Rats<span dir="RTL"></span></strong><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong><u>M. All animals were pre-treated with an oral dose of extracts (100, 200, 400 mg/kg). The control group received no&nbsp; drug and the sham group at only received distilled water. The first 0-5 min, and 16-60 min after formalin injection were considered as acute and chronic phases, respectively. The paw volume measured in the mercury from 0 to 2 h and 30 min after carrageenan injection. Statistical analysis of the data was performed using ANOVA and t-test where appropriate.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Results of this study showed that extracts of Diorama archery can significantly reduce the pain depending on the dose in acute phase (p<0.05). However, in chronic phase , the high dose of the extract could reduce the pain. These results also revealed that the highest dose of extract can reduce paw edema in carrageenan test.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> It seems that flavonoids can probably reduce intracellular calcium through inhibiting of NMDA receptors. It also reduces activities of nitric oxide synthase enzyme and calcium dependent phospholipids A2, which results in antinociceptive effects. It may also be concluded that the anti-inflammatory effects of the extracts are through reduction of prostaglandins.
