other مقایسه خصوصیات مذهبی و خانوادگی معتادان درحال ترک در مرکزبازپروری مهیار اصفهان با گروه شاهد پرستاري Nursing پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مصرف مواد مخدر از خطرناک‌ترین پدیده‌های جوامع انسانی در عصر حاضر به شمار می‌رود. از آن جا که خصوصیات مذهبی و خانوادگی افراد در پیشگیری از انحرافات اجتماعی مؤثر می‌باشند، این مطالعه برای تعیین نقش ویژگی‌های فوق در اعتیاد به مواد مخدر و مقایسه آن‌ها در معتادان با گروه غیر معتاد انجام شده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در این مطالعه مقطعی، دو گروه شامل 100 نفر معتاد بستری در مرکز بازپروری مهیار اصفهان و 300 نفر غیرمعتاد مراجعه کننده به مراکز آزمایشگاهی جهت آزمایشات قبل از ازدواج، از نظر خصوصیات مذهبی و خانوادگی مورد مقایسه قرار گرفته‌اند. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه پژوهشگر ساخته که در سه بخش شامل خصوصیات فردی، مذهبی و خانوادگی تنظیم شده بود، صورت گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها توسط آزمون‌های آماری </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">t- test </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&nbsp;و مجذور کای انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نتایج پژوهش نشان دهنده تفاوت معنی‌دار آماری بین عملکرد مذهبی معتادان با گروه شاهد بود به طوری که افراد معتاد عملکرد مذهبی ضعیف‌تری نسبت به گروه شاهد داشتند (001/0 </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">p<</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">). تفاوت معنی‌داری از نظر ویژگی‌های خانوادگی نیز در دو گروه وجود داشت به طوری که 60% معتادان و 75% گروه شاهد متعلق به خانواده‌های هسته‌ای بودند (016/0=</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">p</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">)، در بین معتادان 3/62% از خانواده‌های منسجم و 64% مادران آن‌ها بی‌سواد بودند و یا فقط سواد خواندن ونوشتن داشتند که این مقادیر در گروه غیر معتاد به ترتیب 2/75% و 48%بود (001/0=</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">p</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">).</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌های این پژوهش بیان‌گر آن است که انجام فرایض مذهبی و حضور در مراسم و مکان‌های دینی و نیز برخورداری از خانواده‌ای مطلوب، می‌توانند نقش مهمی در پیشگیری از اعتیاد به مواد مخدر داشته باشند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">واژه‌های کلیدی:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> معتادان، سوءمصرف مواد، خصوصیات مذهبی و خانوادگی</span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp; <strong>Background and Objectives:</strong> The drug abusing is one of the most dangerous phenomena among society. since religious and familial characteristics are so effective on preventing from social deviations ,we studied these characteristics among the drug abuser and non drug abuser to determine the role of religious and&nbsp; familial characteristics on drug abusing.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>In this corss-sectional study, drug abuser group was of 100 people in mahyar rehabilitation center. Non drug abuse group contained 300 people, that selected among people have referred to the laboratories for testing of addiction before marriage. The two groups were compared based on religious and family characteristics. A questionnaire was concluded 3 parts of individual , religious&nbsp; and familial characteristics, the data were gathered by&nbsp; interview and analyzed using T test and X².<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The findings of this study showed that there were a significant difference between the religious belief in Two groups (p<0/001).
