other مقایسه تأثیر لیزر کم‌توان و التراسوند در درمان تاندونیت عضلات روتاتور کاف شانه ارتوپدي Orthopedy پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> تاندونیت‌های &nbsp;روتاتور کاف شانه بسیار شایع هستند. هر فردی در طول زندگی خود حداقل یک بار به این ضایعه مبتلا می‌‌شود و سومین اختلال عضلانی &ndash; اسکلتی بعد از دردهای کمر و گردن محسوب می‌‌شود. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه تأثیر لیزر کم توان و التراسوند در درمان تاندونیت روتاتور کاف شانه بود. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">این مطالعه به صورت کار آزمایی بالینی دو سوکور انجام شد. 90 بیمار مبتلا به تاندونیت روتاتور کاف شانه به طور تصادفی به سه گروه 30 نفری تقسیم گردیدند و تحت درمان با یکی از روش‌های مطالعه به مدت 10 جلسه به شرح ذیل قرار گرفتند: گروه اول تحت درمان لیزر کم توان، گروه دوم تحت درمان التراسوند و گروه سوم کنترل بود. ارزیابی شدت درد و بهبودی حرکات در جلسه اول، پنجم و دهم انجام می‌‌گرفت. آزمون‌های آماری که در این مطالعه مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند شامل آنالیز واریانس دو طرفه، مجذور کای و توکی بود. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان می‌‌دهد که لیزر کم توان در کاهش درد تاندونیت روتاتور کاف مؤثر تر از التراسوند می‌‌باشد. آزمون مجذور کای در جلسه پنجم نشان داد که لیزر کم توان در بهبودی حرکات شانه مؤثرتر از التراسوند هست اما در جلسه دهم التراسوند در بهبودی حرکات شانه مؤثرتر از لیزر می‌‌باشد (0001/0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">p<</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">). </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">از یافته‌های این مطالعه می‌‌توان نتیجه گرفت که می‌توان از لیزر کم توان برای درمان درد تاندونیت روتاتور کاف شانه استفاده نمود اما برای بهبودی حرکات شانه التراسوند مؤثرتر است. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">واژه‌‌های کلیدی:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> لیزر کم توان، التراسوند، تاندونیت روتاتورکاف شانه</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:1.0pt;"></span></span> <strong>Background and Objective: </strong>Shoulder rotator cuff tendonitis is very common. Each person experiences this disorder at least once during his life. This problem is the third most common of the musculoskeletal disorders, after low back pain and neck pain worldwide. The aim of this study was to compare the effect of low power laser and ultrasound in the treatment of the shoulder rotator cuff tendonitis.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This is a double blind clinical trial study performed in the Fattemieh physiotherapy clinic of Rafsanjan In for 12 months, from 20 January 2007 to 20 January 2008. Ninty patients who were afflicated with rotator cuff tendonitis of the shoulder were divided into three equal groups randomly (30 in each group). Patients were treated in 10 sessins. Each group either received low power laser or ultrasound or none (control group). Intensity of the pain and improvement of the movement was assessed during 1^st, 5^th and 10^th sessions. Data were analyzed by SPSS (version 10).<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The results of this study showed that low power laser can be more effective than ultrasound in the relieveing the pain among patients (p<0.0001). Although, in 5^th session, low power laser was more effective than ultrasound in improving the movement of the shoulder (p<0.0001), in the 10^th session ultrasound was shown to be a better method (p<0.0001).<br> <strong>Conclosion: </strong>It can be concluded from our results that low power laser is a more suitable method for reducing the pain of the shoulder rotator cuff tendonitis.
