fa نقش میانجی متغیرهای دموگرافیک در ارتباط بین رفتارهای پرخطر با اچ آی وی/ ایدز در مراجعه کنندگان به مراکز مشاوره بیماری‌های رفتاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز در سال 1399: یک مطالعه توصیفی The Mediating Role of Demographic Variables in the Relationship Between High-Risk Behaviors and HIV/AIDS in the Referrals to Behavioral Disease Counseling Centers of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in 2020: A Descriptive Study آمار و اپيدميولوژي Statistics& Epidemiology پژوهشي Research <div>زمینه و هدف: اچ آی وی/ ایدز بیماری نوپدیدی است که رابطه تنگاتنگی با رفتارهای پرخطر دارد و گروههای مختلف سنی، جنسی، نژادی، فرهنگی، طبقات اجتماعی و اقتصادی را تحت تأثیر قرار داده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش میانجی متغیرهای دموگرافیک در ارتباط بین رفتارهای پرخطر با اچ آی وی/ ایدز بود. مواد و روشها: این مطالعه توصیفی با استفاده از روش سرشماری بر روی 3838 نفر از مراجعه کنندگان به مراکز مشاوره بیماریهای رفتاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز در سال 1399 انجام شد. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها نرمافزار کشوری ثبت مشاوره بیماریهای رفتاری شامل متغیرهای دموگرافیک و رفتارهای پرخطر در دو گروه اچ آی وی/ ایدز شناسایی شده مثبت و منفی بود. از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد. یافتهها: بر اساس مدل نهایی، متغیرهای دموگرافیک 46/13 درصد از موارد ابتلاء به بیماری را تبیین میکنند، اما رفتارهای پرخطر 40/44 درصد از موارد ابتلاء را تبیین میکنند. پس قدرت تبیین متغیرهای دموگرافیک در ابتلاء به بیماری نسبت به رفتارهای پرخطر پایینتر است، بنابراین متغیرهای دموگرافیک نقش میانجی ندارند. رابطه بین متغیرهای دموگرافیک با رفتارهای پرخطر و اچ آی وی/ ایدز از لحاظ آماری معنادار بود (001/0>p). نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای مطالعه حاضر، متغیرهای دموگرافیک نقش میانجی ندارند و با توجه به معنادار بودن ارتباط متغیرهای دموگرافیک با رفتارهای پرخطر و همچنین با ایدز، لذا متغیرهای دموگرافیک نقش مخدوش کننده دارند. بنابراین برنامه های آموزشی مستمر در زمینه پیشگیری و کنترل رفتارهای پرخطر، در کاهش بروز ایدز بسیار کمک کننده خواهد بود. واژههای کلیدی: نقش میانجی، رفتارهای پرخطر، متغیرهای دموگرافیک، اچ آی وی/ ایدز، مراکز مشاوره  </div> Background and Objectives: Human immunodeficiency virus/Acquired immune deficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) is an emerging disease that has a close relationship with high-risk behaviors and affected different age groups, gender, race, culture, and social and economic classes. The aim of the present study was to investigate the mediating role of demographic variables in the relationship between high-risk behaviors and HIV/AIDS. Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was conducted using the census method on 3838 people referred to behavioral disease counseling centers of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in 2020. The data collection tool was the national software for registering behavioral diseases consultation, including demographic variables and high-risk behaviors in two groups of HIV/AIDS identified as positive and negative. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. Results: According to the final model, demographic variables explain 13.46% of disease cases, but high-risk behaviors explain 44.40% of disease cases. Therefore, the explanatory power of demographic variables in contracting the disease is lower than high-risk behaviors, so demographic variables do not play a mediating role. The relationship between demographic variables and high-risk behaviors and HIV/AIDS was statistically significant (p<0.001). Conclusion: According to the findings, demographic variables do not play a mediating role, and considering the significant relationship between demographic variables and high-risk behaviors and AIDS, demographic variables play a confounding role. Therefore, continuous educational programs in the field of prevention and control of high-risk behaviors will be very helpful in reducing the incidence of AIDS.  Key words: Mediating role, High-risk behaviors, Demographic variables, HIV/AIDS, Counseling centers Funding: This study did not have any funds.
