fa نقش کلیدی التهاب و استرس اکسیداتیو در سندرم تخمدان پلی‌کسیتیک و پیچ‌خوردگی بیضه: مروری روایی بر القای آن‌ها در مدل موش صحرایی The Key Role of Inflammation and Oxidative Stress in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and Testicular Torsion: A Review of Their Induction in Rat Model زنان Gynecology مقاله مروري Review Article <a name="_Hlk113374001">سندرم تخمدان پلی‌کسیتیک یک از رایجترین اختلالات اندوکرینی مرتبط با زنان است که از جمله نشانههای بالینی آن میتوان به اختلالات قاعدگی، آمنوره ثانویه، اختلالات هورمونی، پر مویی، جوش صورت، چاقی و ناباروری اشاره کرد. از طرفی اسکروتوم حاد نوعی اورژانس اورولوژیک بهشمار میرود که علائم آن شامل درد ناگهانی کیسه بیضه، قرمزی و تورم آن است. در این آسیب، طناب بیضوی حول محور خود پیچ میخورد و  خونرسانی بیضوی را مختل میکند. از نقطه نظر اینکه بسیاری از مشخصات اندوکرینی و متابولیکی مدل موش صحرایی سندرم تخمدان پلی‌کیستیک شبیه این سندرم در زنان هستند و همچنین اغلب این مشخصات در مدل پیچ‌خوردگی بیضوی در موش صحرایی نیز مشابه پیچ‌خوردگی بیضوی در مردان است، بنابراین از مدل موش صحرایی بهصورت گسترده برای القاء این موارد استفاده میشود. یکی از ویژگیهای مهم سندرم تخمدان پلی‌کسیتیک، شرایط التهابی مزمن خفیف است که بهعنوان فاکتور مشارکت کننده در پاتوژنز این سندرم بهشمار میرود. </a><a name="_Hlk114091039">القای سندرم تخمدان پلی‌کیستیک با استفاده آندروژن پیش از تولد در مقایسه با القای این سندرم پس از تولد در موش صحرایی، بسیار مناسبتر است. </a>میزان بیش از حد گونههای اکسیژن فعال که در حین آسیب ایسکمیک خونرسانی مجدد در محیط آزاد میشوند سبب ایجاد استرس اکسیداتیو در پارانشیم بیضه، آسیب به محتوای ژنوم سلولی و القای آپوپتوز بهوسیله فعالشدن آبشارهای کاسپاز میشود که همه این تغییرات مستقیماً به افزایش آپوپتوز در بافت بیضه وابسته است. کلمات کلیدی: <a name="_Hlk114176036">سندرم تخمدان پلی‌کسیتیک، التهاب، استرس اکسیداتیو، مدل حیوانی، پیچ‌خوردگی بیضوی</a> Background and Objectives: <a name="_Hlk114425361">Polycystic ovary syndrome </a>(PCOS) is one of the most common endocrine disorders in women, whose clinical symptoms include menstrual disorders, secondary amenorrhea, and hormonal disorders in blood serum, hirsutism, acne, obesity, and infertility. On the other hand, acute scrotum is a urological emergency, the symptoms of which include sudden pain in the scrotum and its redness and swelling. In this uropathology, the spermatic cord twists around its axis and disturbs the testicular perfusion. From the point of view that many of the endocrine and metabolic characteristics of the rat model of PCOS are similar to this syndrome in women, and also most of these characteristics in the model of ellipsoid torsion in rats are similar to ellipsoid torsion in men, Rat model is extensively used for induction. One of the important features of <a name="_Hlk114175593">PCOS</a> is a mild chronic inflammatory condition, which is considered as a contributing factor in the pathogenesis of this syndrome. Inducing PCOS using androgens before birth is much more appropriate than postnatal induction of this syndrome in rats. The excessive amount of reactive oxygen species that are released in the environment during ischemic and reperfusion injury causes oxidative stress in the testicular parenchyma, damage to the cellular genome content, and induction of apoptosis through the activation of caspase cascades. All of these changes directly increase necrosis in testicular tissue.
