fa طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی گردشگری پزشکی در پزشکان و کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی استان اردبیل در سال 1401: یک مطالعه توصیفی Designing and Validating a Medical Tourism Model among Doctors and Staff of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences in 2022: A Descriptive Study پزشکی اجتماعی Community Medicine پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><a name="_Hlk113374001">زمینه و هدف: </a>محدودیت‌های منابع ارزی باعث شده که صنعت گردشگری پزشکی از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار شود. بر همین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی گردشگری پزشکی در دو مرحله کیفی و کمی انجام گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، اکتشافی و از لحاظ نوع، توصیفی است. جامعه آماری در مرحله کیفی 30 نفر از پزشکان استان اردبیل در سال 1401 که به صورت هدفمند و به شیوه ارجاع زنجیره‌ای انتخاب و در مرحله دوم و بر اساس جدول Morgan، 201 نفر از کارکنان شاغل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی استان انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در مرحله کیفی، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختار یافته که به روش دلفی انجام و در مرحله کمی نیز از پرسشنامه بازطراحی‌ شده منتج از مرحله اول و روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، مؤلفه‌های رشد اقتصادی (433/0=β)، اکوسیستم کارآفرینی (537/0=β)، کیفیت قوانین (437/0=β)، شبکه‌های اجتماعی (346/0=β)، چالش‌ها (482/0=β)، تنوع جاذبه‌ها و فرصت‌های فراغتی (539/0=β)، نیروی متخصص (345/0=β)، توسعه سیاست‌های گردشگری (742/0=β)، احترام به عقاید (339/0=β)، درآمد پایدار (407/0=β)، خدمات اسلامی پزشکی (369/0=β)، اثربخشی و کارآیی (454/0=β)، مشارکت (608/0=β)، زبان مشترک (523/0=β)، زیرساخت‌های پزشکی (427/0=β)، هزینه‌ها (384/0=β)، ظرفیت‌های طبیعی (375/0=β) و تعرفه خدمات پزشکی (517/0=β) به عنوان مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر گردشگری پزشکی شناسایی شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: توسعه سیاست‌های گردشگری و داشتن نقشه راه سهم بهسزایی در توسعه گردشگری پزشکی دارد. هم‌چنین، افزایش مشارکت مردمی، ایجاد مشاغل مرتبط، شناساندن جاذبه‌های گردشگری، آزادسازی اقتصادی و بهبود روابط سیاسی و مقررات روادید از سیاست‌های تأثیرگذار فرابخشی می‌باشند. واژههای کلیدی: گردشگری، گرشگری پزشکی، روش دلفی  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><a name="_Hlk114425361">Background and Objectives:</a> <a name="_Hlk140739365">Limitations of foreign exchange resources have caused the medical tourism industry to gain special importance. Based on this, the current research was conducted with the aim of designing and validating a model of medical tourism in two qualitative and quantitative stages.</a> Materials and Methods: This research is exploratory in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of type. The contributors in the qualitative stage were 30 doctors in Ardabil Province in 2022, who were purposively selected by chain referral sampling; and in the second stage, based on the Morgan table, 201 employees working in the University of Medical Sciences were selected. In the qualitative phase, the data collection tool was a semi-structured interview that was conducted using Delphi method, and in the quantitative stage, the redesigned questionnaire resulting from the first stage and the structural equation modeling was used. Results: Based on the findings, the following components were identified as the components effective on medical tourism: economic growth (β=0.433), entrepreneurial ecosystem (β=0.537), quality of laws (β=0.437), social networks (β=0.346), challenges (β=0.482), diversity of attractions and leisure opportunities (β=0.539), expert workforce (β=0.345), development of tourism policies (β=0.742), respect for opinions (β=0.339), sustainable income (β=0.407), Islamic medical services (β=0.369), effectiveness and efficiency (β=0.454), participation (β=0.608), common language (β=0.523), medical infrastructure (β=0.427), costs (β=0.384), natural capacities (β=0.375), and medical services tariff (β=0.517). Conclusion: Developing tourism policies and having roadmap have significant contributions to the development of medical tourism. Increasing public participation, creating related jobs, introducing tourist attractions, economic liberalization, and improving political relations and visa regulations are effective cross-sectorial policies.
