fa طراحی، اجرا و ارزشیابی روش تولید محتوای نوشتاری ساده‌سازی شده و محتوای نوشتاری مکمل جهت درس فارماکولوژی دانشجویان پزشکی طی همه‌گیری کووید-19: یک گزارش کوتاه Design, Implementation, and Evaluation of Simplified Written Contents and Complementary Contents for Pharmacology Courses of Medical Students during COVID-19 Pandemic: A Short Report فارماكولوژي Pharmacology پژوهشي Research چکیده <a name="_Hlk113374001">زمینه و هدف: </a>در دوران همه‌گیری کرونا، آموزش مجازی یک رکن اساسی در سیستمهای آموزشی تلقی می‌شود. حفظ ارتباط مؤثر دانشجو با درس فارماکولوژی همواره چالش جدی در آموزش مجازی این درس به شمار می‌آید. لذا این مطالعه به طراحی، اجرا و ارزشیابی روشهای آموزش مجازی درس فارماکولوژی به صورت یک فرآیند آموزشی در دانشجویان پزشکی میپردازد. مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی، تعداد 133 نفر از دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان که در همه‌گیری کرونا در سالهای تحصیلی 1398 و 1399 واحد فارماکولوژی را میگذراندند، وارد مطالعه شدند. سپس محتواهای آموزشی ساده‌سازی شده درس فارماکولوژی به صورت مصور همراه با ابرهای توضیح دهنده و جداول خلاصه کننده تهیه شده و در سامانه نوید بارگذاری گردید. محتوای نوشتاری مکمل نیز که کاملکننده کلیپهای آموزشی هر جلسه کلاس بودند جهت خلاصه کردن موضوع و یادگیری بهتر در اختیار دانشجویان قرار داده میشد. بعد از اتمام کلاس یک پرسش‌نامه برخط توسط دانشجویان تکمیل می‌شد. دادهها توسط آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه و آزمون t مستقل تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: تعداد 66 نفر (6/49 درصد) از دانشجویان ورودی 1396 و 67 نفر (4/50) ورودی سال 1397 بودند. سطح رضایت‌مندی دانشجویان بعد از ارزشیابی از طریق پرسش‌نامه در خصوص روش آموزشی مکمل به طور معنی‌داری بیشتر از روش ساده‌سازی شده بود (001/0>P). میزان رضایت از هر دو روش بر اساس معدل و سن تفاوت معنیداری نشان نداد (05/0<P). نتیجهگیری: طراحی و اجرای روشهای ساده سازی شده آموزشی در درس فارماکولوژی رضایت‌مندی دانشجویان را در آموزش برخط در زمان کرونا به همراه داشت.  واژههای کلیدی: آموزش مجازی، آموزش الکترونیک، کووید-19، دانشجویان پزشکی، رفسنجان   <div class="WordSection1">Design, Implementation, and Evaluation of Simplified Written Contents and Complementary Contents for Pharmacology Courses of Medical Students during COVID-19 Pandemic: A Short Report Mitra Abbasifard<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" style="color:#0563c1; text-decoration:underline" title="">[1]</a>, Amirhossein Eslaminejad<a href="#_ftn2" name="_ftnref2" style="color:#0563c1; text-decoration:underline" title="">[2]</a>, Saleh Behzadi2, Ali Teimouri2, Mohammadreza Rahmani<a href="#_ftn3" name="_ftnref3" style="color:#0563c1; text-decoration:underline" title="">[3]</a>, Hassan Ahmadinia<a href="#_ftn4" name="_ftnref4" style="color:#0563c1; text-decoration:underline" title="">[4]</a>, Armin Shirzadian<a href="#_ftn5" name="_ftnref5" style="color:#0563c1; text-decoration:underline" title="">[5]</a> Mahsa Hassanipour<a href="#_ftn6" name="_ftnref6" style="color:#0563c1; text-decoration:underline" title="">[6]</a> Received: 05/08/23       Sent for Revision: 16/08/23       Received Revised Manuscript: 31/01/24   Accepted: 03/02/24 <a name="_Hlk114425361">Background and Objectives:</a> During the coronavirus pandemic, e-learning is considered an essential element in educational systems. Keeping the student's effective interaction with the pharmacology course is always a serious challenge in the virtual education of this lesson. Therefore, the current study aimed to design, implement, and evaluate the virtual teaching methods of pharmacology course among medical students. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive, cross-sectional study, 133 medical students of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences, who were studying pharmacology during the coronavirus pandemic in the academic year 2019-2020, were included. Then, the simplified educational content of the pharmacology course was prepared in the form of pictures along with explanatory clouds and summary tables and uploaded to the learning management system (NAVID). Supplementary written content, which complemented the educational clips of each class session, was provided to the students in order to summarize the topic and learn better. After finishing the class, an online questionnaire was completed by the students, and the data were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance and independent t-test. Results: There were 66 (49.6%) students of 2017 entrance and 67 students (50.4%) of 2018 entrance. The satisfaction level of the students after the evaluation through the questionnaire regarding the supplementary educational method was significantly higher than the simplified method (p<0.001). There was observed no significant difference in the level of satisfaction from both methods based on grade point average and age (p<0.05). Conclusion: The design and implementation of simplified educational methods in the course of pharmacology was accompanied with satisfaction of students in online education in the time of coronavirus pandemic.
