fa نقش نگرش‌های ناکارآمد و بدتنظیمی هیجان در پیش‌بینی استفاده اعتیادی از اینترنت در نوجوانان با تأکید بر ارائه یک رویکرد مبتنی بر شبکه عصبی مصنوعی: یک مطالعه توصیفی The Role of Dysfunctional Attitudes and Emotion Dysregulation in Predicting the Addictive Use of the Internet in Adolescents by Presenting an Approach Based on Artificial Neural Network: A Descriptive Study روانپزشكي Psychiatry پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: اعتیاد به اینترنت در بین نوجوانان شایع است و با پیامدهای منفی مختلفی همراه است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش نگرش‌های ناکارآمد و بدتنظیمی هیجان در پیش‌بینی استفاده اعتیادی از اینترنت در نوجوانان با ارائه یک رویکرد مبتنی بر شبکه عصبی مصنوعی انجام گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان پسر دوره دوم متوسطه مشغول به تحصیل در مدارس دولتی شهر اردبیل در سال تحصیلی 1401 بود. از این جامعه نمونه‌ای به حجم 264 نفر به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب و به پرسش‌نامه‌‌های اعتیاد به اینترنت، بدتنظیمی هیجان و نگرش‌های ناکارآمد پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با استفاده از شبکه عصبی مصنوعی با روش پرسپترون چندلایه (Multilayer perceptron method; MPL) تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که نگرش‌های ناکارآمد و بدتنظیمی هیجان در پیشبینی استفاده اعتیادی از اینترنت در نوجوانان نقش دارد و مدل شبکه عصبی مصنوعی قادر است به خوبی پرش‌ها و روند اعتیاد به اینترنت را از روی متغیرهای نگرش‌های ناکارآمد و بدتنظیمی هیجان پیشبینی نماید. نتیجه‌گیری: به طور کلی نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که نگرش‌های ناکارآمد و بدتنظیمی هیجان با اعتیاد به اینترنت ارتباط معناداری دارند. از لحاظ کاربردی آموزش و مداخلات روان‌شناختی حرفه‌ای با محتوای اصلاح نگرش‌های ناکارآمد، شناخت غیرمنطقی خود و دیگران و بدتنظیمی هیجان جهت کاهش اعتیاد به اینترنت پیشنهاد میشود. واژه‌‌های کلیدی: اعتیاد به اینترنت، نگرش‌های ناکارآمد، بدتنظیمی هیجان، نوجوانان Background and Objectives: Internet addiction is common among teenagers and is associated with various negative consequences. The present study aimed to determine the role of dysfunctional attitudes and emotion dysregulation in predicting the addictive use of the internet in adolescents by presenting an approach based on artificial neural network. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study, the statistical population included all male students of the second year of high school studying in public schools in Ardabil City in the academic year of 2023. From this population, a sample of 264 people was selected using the multistage cluster random sampling method and answered the questionnaires of Internet Addiction, Emotion Dysregulation, and Dysfunctional Attitudes. Data were analyzed using artificial neural network with multilayer perceptron method (MPL). Results: The results of the analysis showed that dysfunctional attitudes and emotion dysregulation play a role in predicting the addictive use of the internet in adolescents, and the artificial neural network model is able to predict well the jumps and trends of internet addiction from the variables of dysfunctional attitudes and emotion dysregulation. Conclusion: In general, the results of this research suggested that dysfunctional attitudes and emotion dysregulation have a significant relationship with internet addiction. From the practical point of view, professional psychological training and interventions can improve dysfunctional attitudes, irrational cognition of self and others, and emotion dysregulation.
