fa نقش ترومای کودکی، استرس روانی اجتماعی و تعارضات بین فردی در پیش‌بینی اقدام به خودکشی با عامل واسطه‌ای سلامت جسمانی: یک مطالعه توصیفی The Role of Childhood Trauma, Psychosocial Stress, and Interpersonal Conflicts in the Prediction of Suicide Attempt with the Mediating Factor of Physical Health: A Descriptive Study روانپزشكي روانپزشكي پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: خودکشی یکی از علل مرگ و میر در سراسر دنیا است که موجب تأثیر بلندمدت بر خانواده، اجتماع و اقتصاد می‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش ترومای کودکی، استرس روانی-اجتماعی و تعارضات بین فردی در پیش‌بینی اقدام به خودکشی به‌واسطه سلامت جسمانی بود. مواد و روشها: در یک طرح توصیفی از میان افراد ساکن در استان البرز و تهران در بازه سنی 18 تا 50 سال در بهار 1400 تا تابستان 1401، 400 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه ترومای کودکی Bernstein و همکاران (1994)، زمینه‌یابی سلامت Ware و Sherbourne (1992)، پرسش‌نامه اقدام به خودکشی Cull و Gill (1988)، مقیاس درجهبندی سازگاری مجدد اجتماعی Holmes و Rahe (1967)، و پرسش‌نامه تعارضات بین فردی Pierce و همکاران (1991) جمعآوری و توسط روش تحلیل مسیر تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد ترومای کودکی (217/0=β، 001/0P<) و استرس روانی اجتماعی (385/0=β، 001/0P<) بر اقدام به خودکشی اثر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین، تعارضات بین فردی بر اقدام به خودکشی اثر منفی و معناداری داشت (130/0-=β، 047/0=P). بهعلاوه، اثر غیرمستقیم ترومای کودکی، استرس روانی اجتماعی و تعارضات بین فردی بر اقدام به خودکشی از طریق سلامت جسمانی معنادار بود (05/0>P). نتیجهگیری: ترومای کودکی، استرس روانی اجتماعی و تعارضات بین فردی بهطور مستقیم و نیز ﺑﺎ کاهش سلامت جسمانی میﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺧﻄﺮی ﺑﺮای اقدام به خودکشی ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. پیشنهاد میﺷﻮد ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن ﺳﻼﻣﺖ روان در تدوین برنامه‌های پیش‌گیرانه و مداخلهای در زمینه خودکشی، ایﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ را مورد نظر قرار دهند. واژه‌های کلیدی: ترومای کودکی، استرس، تعارضات روان‌شناختی، سلامت، اقدام به خودکشی Background and Objectives: Suicide is one of the causes of death all over the world, which causes a long-term impact on the family, society, and economy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the trajectory of childhood trauma, psychosocial stress, and interpersonal conflicts in predicting suicide attempts due to physical health. Materials and Methods: In a descriptive design, 400 participants aged 18-50 years living in Alborz and Tehran Provinces were selected by the convenience sampling method in the spring of 2020 to the summer of 2021. Data were collected using Bernstein et al’s Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (1994), Ware and Sherbourne’s Health Survey (1992), Cull and Gill’s Suicide Probability Scale (1988), Holmes and Rahe’s Social Readjustment Rating Scale (1967), and Pierce et al’s Quality of Relationship Inventory (1991) and analyzed by path analysis method. Results: The results showed that childhood trauma (β=0.217, p<0.001) and psychosocial stress (β=0.385, p<0.001) had a positive and significant effect on suicide attempts. Also, the results indicated that interpersonal conflicts had a negative and significant effect on suicide attempts (β=-0.130, p=0.047). In addition, the indirect effects of childhood trauma, psychosocial stress, and interpersonal conflicts on suicide attempts through physical health were significant (p<0.05). Conclusion: Childhood trauma, psychosocial stress, and interpersonal conflicts can be a risk factor for suicide attempting directly and also with a decrease in physical health. It is recommended that mental health specialists consider these factors in developing preventive and intervention programs in the field of suicide.
