زمینه و هدف: برنامه مداخله مختصر اقدام به خودکشی (Attempted Suicide Short Intervention Program; ASSIP) برای کاهش رفتارهای خودکشی معرفی شده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی ASSIP بر افکار خودکشی در زنان و مردان اقدامکننده به خودکشی انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: این پژوهش از نوع نیمهتجربی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. تعداد ۴۴ نفر از زنان و مردان اقدامکننده خودکشی از مراکز درمانی شهر اهواز در سال 1403 بهصورت نمونهگیری غیراحتمالی هدفمند انتخاب شدند و بهطور تصادفی در ۴ گروه گمارده شدند (گروههای آزمایشی زنان و مردان مجزا، گروههای کنترل زنان و مردان مجزا). ارزیابی در ۳ مرحله پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری (۱۲ هفتگی) انجام شد. ابزار اندازهگیری پرسشنامه افکار خودکشی Beck بود. گروههای آزمایش در جلسات ASSIP شرکت کردند. گروههای آزمایش و کنترل تحت درمان معمول (Treatment as Usual; TAU) بودند. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس آمیخته تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد اثر زمان، گروه و تعامل زمان و گروه بر افکار خودکشی معنادار بود (001/0>P). میانگین نمرات افکار خودکشی در گروههای ASSIP+TAU بهطور چشمگیر کاهش یافت و این کاهش تا مرحله پیگیری پایدار ماند (68/0=η²). گروههای TAU تغییر معناداری نداشتند (05/0<P). تفاوت معناداری در میزان اثربخشی ASSIP بین زنان و مردان مشاهده نشد (05/0<P).
نتیجهگیری: برنامه مداخله مختصر اقدام به خودکشی مداخلهای مؤثر برای کاهش پایدار افکار خودکشی بود که در هر دو جنسیت کارآمدی مشابهی داشت. پیشنهاد میشود این مداخله در مراکز سلامت روانی کشور بهکار گرفته شود. پژوهشهای آینده با نمونههای بزرگتر و پیگیریهای طولانیتر لازم است.
