زمینه و هدف: خودکشی یکی از علل مرگ و میر در سراسر دنیا است که موجب تأثیر بلند مدت بر خانواده، اجتماع و اقتصاد می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رفتار خودکشی در اقدام کنندگان به خودکشی بر اساس افسردگی با میانجی‌گری تعلق‌پذیری خنثی و ادراک سربار بودن انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. تعداد 365 نفر بیمار اقدام کننده به خودکشی و بستری شده در بیمارستان بهارلو تهران در سال 1401 به طریق نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده پرسش‌نامه‌های افسردگی Beck-دو (II-Beck depression inventory; BDI)، نیازهای بین فردی (Interpersonal needs questionnaire; INQ) (تعلق‌پذیری خنثی و ادراک سربار بودن) و رفتار خودکشی-نسخه تجدید نظر شده (Suicide behaviors questionnaire-revised; SBQ-R) بودند. از روش Sobel جهت آزمودن فرضیه‌های میانجی و از الگویابی معادلات ساختاری جهت ارزیابی مدل پیشنهادی استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های آماری نشان داد بین نمره افسردگی و رفتار خودکشی (314/0=r، 001/0P<)، تعلق‌پذیری خنثی و رفتار خودکشی (395/0=r، 001/0P<) و ادراک سربار بودن و رفتار خودکشی (410/0=r، 001/0P<) ارتباط مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. شاخصهای برازش مدل، مسیر افسردگی به رفتار خودکشی و مسیر افسردگی با میانجی‌گری تعلق‌پذیری خنثی و ادراک سربار بودن را تأیید کرد که بیانگر برازش مطلوب الگو بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد افسردگی به طور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم و با میانجی‌گری تعلق‌پذیری خنثی و ادراک سربار بودن در رفتار خودکشی نقش دارد. بنابراین، تشخیص، شناسایی و درمان افراد مبتلا به افسردگی و بررسی نیازهای بین فردی در پیش‌گیری و کاهش رفتار خودکشی مؤثر خواهد بود.
