زمینه و هدف: اعتیاد یک معضل اجتماعی است و از چالش‌های اساسی بهداشتی و سلامت اجتماعی است که میانگین سن شروع آن کاهش پیدا کرده است، به همین دلیل برخی عوامل روانشناختی زمینهساز آمادگی به مصرف مواد مخدر هستند. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین الگوی تحلیل مسیر آمادگی به مصرف مواد مخدر بر اساس حساسیت اضطرابی و هیجان خواهی با نقش واسطهای عاطفه پذیری منفی در دانشجویان انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه لرستان در سال تحصیلی 1401-1402 بود. تعداد 384 دانشجو با توجه به ملاک‌های ورود، به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌های حساسیت اضطرابی Floyd و همکاران، هیجان خواهی Zuckerman، عاطفه پذیری منفی Watson و همکاران و آمادگی به اعتیاد Weed و همکاران را تکمیل نمودند. دادهها با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری تجزیهوتحلیل شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که حساسیت اضطرابی و هیجان خواهی به ترتیب اثر مستقیم، مثبت و معنی‌داری بر آمادگی به مصرف مواد مخدر داشت (25/0=β، 001/0P<) و (30/0=β، 001/0P<). همچنین، حساسیت اضطرابی و هیجان خواهی اثر مستقیم با عاطفه پذیری منفی داشتند (26/0=β، 001/0P<) و (25/0=β، 001/0P<). در نهایت، عاطفه پذیری منفی اثر مستقیم و معنی‌دار با آمادگی به مصرف مواد مخدر داشت (29/0=β، 001/0P<).
نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که هیجان خواهی، حساسیت اضطرابی و عاطفه پذیری منفی در پیشبینی مصرف مواد مخدر نقش مهمی دارد و به متخصصان پیشنهاد میشود که برنامههای درمانی و آموزشی بهمنظور افزایش آگاهی و توانمندی دانشجویان تدوین گردد.
