چکیده
زمینه و هدف: افسردگی با مشکلاتی در تعاملات و ارتباطات اجتماعی همراه است. اکثر تحقیقات انجام ‌شده در این حوزه از وظایف غیرتعاملی استفاده می‌کنند. تئوری بازی‌های اقتصادی به‌عنوان شاخه‌ای از اقتصاد رفتاری می‌تواند ابزار جدیدی برای بررسی تعاملات و تصمیم‌گیری‌های اجتماعی در شرایط تعاملی و پویا ارائه دهد و به درک بهتر اختلالات عصبی _روانی کمک کند. در این پژوهش، با مرور سیستماتیک در مقالات، تئوری بازی‌های اقتصادی، نحوه تصمیم‌گیری افراد افسرده در موقعیت‌های تعاملی بررسی شده است.
روش‌ها: به روش مرور سیستماتیک، از پایگاه‌های داده Scopus و Web of Science تعداد 45 مقاله مرتبط از سال ۲010 تا ۲۰23 استخراج شد. پس حذف مقالات تکراری و بررسی ملاک‌های ورود و خروج در نهایت تعداد 23 مقاله که نحوه تصمیم‌گیری بیماران با علائم افسردگی را در بازی‌های اقتصادی بررسی کرده بودند مورد تجزیه ‌و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد عملکرد مبتلایان به افسردگی در بازی‌های اقتصادی متفاوت از گروه سالم است. این تفاوت‌ها در دو گروه مؤلفه‌های شناختی و اجتماعی قابل‌بحث هستند. مؤلفه شناختی به زیر مؤلفه‌های نظریه ذهن، طرحواره شناختی منفی، سوءگیری در ادراک و پردازش شناختی محدود و همچنین مؤلفه اجتماعی به زیر مؤلفه‌های اجتناب اجتماعی، مقایسه و رقابت اجتماعی و اعتماد بین فردی طبقه‌بندی شدند.
نتیجه‌گیری: بازی‌های اقتصادی ممکن است به شناسایی انتخاب‌های غیر بهینه و ناسازگار مرتبط با اختلال افسردگی کمک کنند و بنابراین ابزار قدرتمندی برای کشف نشانگرهای شناختی و اجتماعی نامزد در اختلال افسردگی ارائه دهند.
